When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi Coleen and welcome. First
Hi Coleen and welcome. First, the practitioners on this site are not doctors. You will not get a Dx from them, but you can get assistance and support with implementing Whole Woman posture. It is common to have cystocele or rectocele or both, following a hysterectomy (even one that was 30 years ago) and there is also a danger of vaginal vault prolapse if the vagina was not anchored properly or if that has failed. So I would recommend starting the postural work, and getting a diagnosis of what you have going on there. Let us know! - Surviving

Hi Coleen
I have found a wealth of knowledge on the internet about rectoceles ( which I think I may have). I also have to wait to see a Urogynecologist until August. In the meantime I know from experience that the softer your stool the better you will feel , as any straining at all only seems to worsen mine.
Good luck. This site is so wonderful and helpful and it is great you have reached out.

Hi
Hi there - Welcome. Just popping by and read your post and thought I would say. Take a deep breath - And read the site you have here - You will find a mine of information to help you to cope and impliment the posture to change things forever in a better direction.
When I first arrived here many years ago, life was very hard, ups and downs a plenty. Now - Almost ten years later I think it is - My POP is very rarely something I have to even think about (Used to call her POPpy as we shared a space so to speak)
I had gone to Dr's and been told about the 'little operation' that really was not little and would not have helped me at all.
I can safely say now after all this time that you CAN live and live well with prolapse - And I say that no matter how bad it seems when you get here - It CAN be made better and liveable. I remember after 'the fall' when I thought all was sorted but I had a bad patch and thought it was all over for me and I was very emotional and felt very broken and like my life had ended with p[arts of me 'peeking' and ruining things I held dear. But I had taken on board (Even though I did not know it at that time) all of Christines teachings and they must have been made part of me because even though I thoguht nothing woudl change - My body and brain knew what I had to do and - Even though it took me some time - Things DID get better once again and now - Yearrrrrrrrs later - My Prolapse no longer rules my life. Yea sometimes (rarely) it feels kinda funy down there but I can safely say that in recent years I have not had to think about 'what am I allowed to do' I do what I like, when I like. I don't lift ginormously heavy weights any more, that's what men are around for lol But I do anything I want to do without worry of bits of me falling out - And you can do too!
Christine has so much to share with us ladies - I know you will find all the information you need here.
:-)
