When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Welcome Secondtimommy2015
The best thing you can do for yourself is learn Whole Woman posture and take it whenever possible. Also, if you are doing kegels, you'll want to discontinue those as they do not help and can make things worse.
This website is chock full of helpful information. Just put the topic you want to learn more about in the search box on the upper left hand corner of the page and enjoy :-)

Hi - You didn't say much but I am assuming that you are newly post-partum with your second child, and did not experience this with your first. It can take a full 2 years for the body to recover from birth so you do need to be patient. Yes, things will most likely get better on their own, but there is much you can do to help it along, and to hopefully prevent prolapse from returning later (which it almost surely will unless you take some steps now). This is especially true if you are a suck-in-my-belly, sixpack-abs kind of a girl! Over time this will send the organs in the wrong direction for sure. So as time allows, do some reading on the forum, website and blog; learn about how we manage prolapse and consider giving it a try. And beware of the advice you will get from the medical professionals. Sad to say, they are kegel-happy and knife-happy and there is nothing good there!! Good luck to you. - Surviving

Hi I'm new here also, this is my first post.
it's only been a month and I'm really glad to have found this group.
Something that I have found that has helped me is something called Softcup,
I found it at CVS, I'm sure you could order online, what I like is that not only does it hold you in place, but the cervix is covered so I feel extra protection once in place you don't feel t, it's reusable cost 10.00 and comes with 12 to a box
I hope this helps.

Hi Mirabella and welcome.
Hi Mirabella and welcome. If you have read the welcome page of our forum, you know that our primary purpose is "education and support for women interested in and committed to the Whole Woman work." Are you familiar with Whole Woman? Let us know more about your situation and what your questions are. There is so much more to prolapse management than using a menstrual device to cover the cervix, and it isn't particularly helpful or relevant advice for a new mom. Unless she's still bleeding of course! - Surviving

pop symptoms can and do improve for 1000's of women
Hi - check out section on 'success so stories'. Over 10,000 women have accessed this forum and as far as I can tell have benefitted front he WW approach. You're never too young or too old to adopt this approach. It's the postural path to wellness whatever stage or age you're at. I can;t recommend highly enough the benefits of engaging with this approach. The resources & guidance (teachers, dvd's, book, kindle, online courses, Christine's consultations…) are well worth investing in, now or over time.
Good luck,
