When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

What is splint? I also deal
What is splint? I also deal with constipation despite fiber and water. Where are the acupressure points you are using? Thanks.

Splinting is when you stick a finger into the vagina to help move the feces on down the rectum and out the anus when it gets stalled out in the rectocele-- or at least that's what I do, and that's what I take the term to mean when I've seen it used here.
There were a list of points to use, but I've only tried the first three- and I don't remember their names, sorry.
The first point is about two inches below the belly button. Press there for a couple of minutes and imagine the point filling up with energy. That one had a warning NOT to be used by pregnant women, as it could stimulate uterine contrations.
The second point is both sides of the belly button about an inch out.
The third one was halfway between the belly button and the base of the breastbone. There were more points, but I haven't tried them yet and don't remember where they were and don't have the book with me.
You aren't supposed to push hard or long, just press for a couple of minutes and imagine the spot filling with energy. I'm very new to this, but am pleased with the results so far.

Another massage too...
Thank you for the acupressure tips. I will try that. My Physical Therapist also advised to massage the entire area that the waste travels in very gentle circular motions. You start on the inside of one hip bone all the way up to the area under the ribs to the other inside hip bone making small circular motions on the outside every inch for a few seconds each spot. You basically make a big arch traveling just inside the bones. It feels really good--you do it gently. I can actually feel like something is moving along when I have done it. I will try your tips though too to see if they seem effective for me...I do them for my little girl too...she has constipation also. I am currently going through an herbal cleanse in an effort to become regular. I notice a real relief with my prolapses--(I have rectocele & cystocele)when the constipation is gone!
