When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Welcome Gracie :-)
Glad that you found Whole Woman!
You say that you have no symptoms, but actually you do in my opinion, visual ones. Now is the perfect time for you to get familiar with Whole Woman posture because it'll be key in your postpartum period and beyond.
I found this site on my journey through menopause so I don't have much else to share. Hopefully others with experiences similar to yours will post. Until then, enjoy the archives...

Couldn't agree more
So true. A prolapse that is barely symptomatic is the best early warning/wake-up call you can get! Start working on this now and you will save yourself dealing with a worse situation down the road. All of us older ones wish we'd known about this posture correction when we were young and having babies. Here are a couple of videos to watch - Surviving

Similar struggle
I am also 28 (although I have never had children, but a chronic cough) I also have a very early prolapse (cystocele, it seems). At my exam this week I felt like I was a little dismissed. She said it was very minor, and not to worry much about it. But I can see it at the opening and I want to prevent it from getting worse. I also don't have any symptoms but I check it obsessively and I am ready to take some kind of healthy action! (I am new to the website, and still trying to navigate the confusion as we'll).
All the best to you.
