When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Best place to start
Hi Herbwoman and welcome. I think either one will give you what you need to get going. First Aid for Prolapse is the original flagship DVD for the WW work. The on-line course was the first of the streaming options to give women immediate access to resources without waiting for things to be shipped around the world. There are so many choices now, I know it can be confusing! Good luck to you, and be sure to visit the Forum with your questions. It helps to read what others are going through too. - Surviving

Hi Herbwoman
You have found a wonderful midwife because she has sent you to the best place possible for info and support. If u r in the U.K. I wonder if your midwife is connected to the National Child Birth Trust ? If she is it would be great for her to explain this web site to the Trust . I am a granny now but depended on the N.C.T. when I was a young Mum and this site would have taught me all the things I needed to know and provided everything needed to keep healthy all my life , in a natural way. Don't forget to read up about the use of raw organic honey ,it is amazing!

Thank you - I am in New
Thank you - I am in New Zealand - I'm not sure it is something that is well known over here - but my midwife was very anti any surgery for prolapse (mainly due to the frequent failure of them and the way in leads on to other problems) and she had the Whole Woman book which she mentioned some things from. She is possibly a little more natural therapy focused than other midwives. I might look at the first aid DVD to start with - I'm guessing that has guidance on the exercises/posture I will need to be doing. Thanks

Hi Herbwoman, I too am new to
Hi Herbwoman, I too am new to this site, having a uterine & bladder prolapse. A gyno told me surgery or pessary were the only options. I didn't want either so came across Whole Woman. I bought the first aid DVD and have had it just on a week now and am amazed at the improvement of the bulge. It simply isn't there down low in my vagina, I can walk around and not feel that horrible uncomfortable feeling of my bladder going to fall out. I am doing the exercises daily but have only done them to just after the fire breathing, because it is all so new and want to go slowly so I don't cause any injury. Relaxing my belly has been the hardest so that will take a while. I would suggest buying the dvd and get started, its fantastic. Cheers, I am in Australia. Good luck.

Also in NZ
Hi Herbwoman,
I am also in NZ. Wow a midwife that knows about and supports WW. Wonderful. Mine would not have known despite being very, very experienced. I went to PT's here and they were no good, although one did recommend a sea sponge which lead me to this site (through the Jade and Pearl website). I do not recommend sea sponges by the way.
The material on here is fantastic. If you can purchase some resources then please do, I would have loved, loved, loved to have know this stuff prior to my births. My babies would not have been posterior and so much easier to get out. I was looking into all sorts of natural stuff but didn't even know about prolapse so didn't think to search it (I didn't know my prolapse was already developing).
One day when my kids are a bit older (youngest is 3 yrs), I hope to get over to the US and train as a practitioner. There are no practitioners in NZ but we are so progressive in our systems that I think WW would be well received here.
I did have a skype consult with Christine which was great.
Good luck and keep posting.

Hi Bumble and welcome. You have certainly come to the right place, lots of young moms who are in your shoes!
Your period of PP healing has barely begun. Things will get better and there is so much that you can do to help the organs return to their proper positions. Just getting started is extremely good for the soul! So don't wait. This is a great community with lots of encouragement and suggestions to help you along. And many stories to read. - Surviving

Thanks surviving there is so
Thanks surviving there is so much conflicting information out there ie Kegals it's so hard to know what to do and how to cope. It's been great to read posts on this forum too just see how others cope on a daily basis. I have been trying to keep the posture but so hard when walking to keep it up and not sure on the best ways to sit and breastfeed or lift or carry my heavy baby. I feel like everything I do is making this worse and end up lying down for much of the day in tears!
