New Blog post - the deception of transabdominal ultrasound

Body:

Hi Everyone,

Working hard here and so happy to hear lots of good news on the forums. Thank you!

I took time out to write an important new blog post, which you can easily find by clicking the link at the top of this page.

I know I will never change the medical system, but will work the rest of my life waking women up to it!

:-) Christine

Christine - I am so thankful of the work you do and the dedication that you put into it! Your Forums and Blog have been a life saver for me (keeping me from insanity and total frustration).

I ordered and am awaiting the delivery of the 1st Wheel Yoga DVD :) And, once you have produced your Saving the Post-Hyst Woman, I'll be ordering it.

Now, off to read your Blog article.

Thank you, again, for all your hard work and wisdom!

I realize the material is difficult to understand. I have done my best to condense it down to something that is real and useful. What I want you all to see, however, is that the data perfectly matches our own experience. If you have a cystocele you can feel a kegel lifting the bulge (which is the lower back bladder wall on the other side of a stretched out front vaginal wall). However, a kegel is not pushing the whole bladder forward. Astonishingly, this reality is perfectly captured in the images! Kegels squeeze the bulge above (forward) the pelvic diaphragm, but that's the all and everything they can do, and it is worth nothing. Stabilization and reversal come from moving the entire bladder forward. What is being sold as proof of a horizontal pelvic floor lifting up the entire bladder is ridiculous, scandalous, and deceitful.

Love you all!

Christine
