Please help.

Body:

Hi there. I'm new to the forum although I've heard about Christine and her work in the past. I live in England and have recently realised I have a prolapse of some kind which came on after helping move a heavy desk. I've had the sensation of something inside me in the past after caring for my mum which could be heavy, but it went away. This time I had a very slight leak of urine and a feeling of something in my bottom which went away after a chiropractic treatment. The sensation of fullness in my vagina is back but the leak and sensation in my bottom have gone.
I have a very heavy lower tummy which is caused by a lymph problem. This makes my lower back muscles tight and aching constantly I am lying on my side at the moment and can feel the feeling of something inside me and currently I can't really get in a position to make it go except to sit cross legged on the floor, it's a bit better too if I lie on my back with feet together, legs open and pulled up a little towards my bottom.
I don't know how to stop it getting worse or what to do except that surgery is not good and neither are pelvic floor exercises. Please help

Sorry, I originally posted this in the wrong forum.

Hi Jennifred and welcome,
The best thing to do right now is read around this site and get a better understanding of the whole woman work. then go to the whole woman store where you will find all kinds of great material to help you.

You can start with the Saving the Whole Woman book and First Aid for prolapse DVD, or you can get a bundle in what you would be most interested in.

This work is eyeopening and has helped so many of us get our lives back. so please give it a good look.

Hi ageing gracefully, thanks for your nice comment. Sadly I am not in a position to buy anything from the store currently but have been reading the forum to try to get the gist of what I need to do. I understand I need to walk with a curve in my lower back, bottom out, not tucked under and shoulders down but not hunched, knees not locked. Is that right? Should sitting be cross legged or with legs outstretched? Any more tips very gratefully received.
Thank you in advance xxxx

Hi Jennifred,
That's not quite what posture is, and the best way to learn it is from Christine herself from her work. There really are no shortcuts to this work.

Keep reading around, and in the meantime save a little money and get each thing one at a time. That's what many of us have done. I started with the First Aid for Prolapse and just built on from there. This forum isn't a replacement for the work, its here to help you along as you are doing it.

Hi Jennifred - I deleted your duplicate posting that was tacked onto another discussion thread. I agree with AG, best place to get started if funds are low is to purchase the First Aid for Prolapse DVD. This covers all the basics, and you can go from there. This Forum exists to be a source of on-going support for women who are engaged in the Whole Woman work. Let us know how you are doing. - Surviving

Thank you
