When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

The exercises help to
The exercises help to strengthen and lengthen the body into posture, working those muscles most needed to shape your body more easily, but walking in posture is a great way to practice those posture details too.
I remember feeling some strain in the lower and upper back and other places in my body as well at first, but I was also trying to force the lumbar curvature and holding myself too stiffly. The posture needs to be relaxed. Concentrate on relaxing the belly without pushing it out and lifting your chest without pushing it out as well, with back broad and flat.
p.s. The DVD does give excellent visuals to watch and practice from.

maybe trying too hard.
Just take your time and relax and take a deep breath. You should get used to it soon. Just do a little at a time.
In no time at all you won't even think about it. I hurt when I first started. I AM DOING GOOD WITH IT NOW.
I INJOY MY WALKS . THAT IS WHAT KEEPS ME GOING. HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER SOON.

May I ask a question on Relax belly on WW posture?
This is my second week learning to live with WW posture. No. 1 challenge is remembering all the details, then relax belly is also hard for me. Does relax belly means letting it go? I feel like I'm three months pregnant with belly sticking out lol!!
I have to give up my tight pants and jeans, sad. But if this is what it takes to help heal my prolapse, so be it!!

Relaxing the belly
Relaxing the belly is indeed the hardest thing at first, for many if not most. Not wanting to look like I had a beer belly was what helped me always remember to lift my chest strongly. This combination is what creates/restores the lower lumbar curvature, and it's really quite sleek and beautiful. So let it happen! And yeah...you'll have to ban any wardrobe items that constrict your belly. It's quite a wonderful feeling. - Surviving
