Lanny

Body:

Hello WW,

Lanny took a bad fall over the weekend and broke his 2nd lumbar vertebra. He's in the hospital still and dealing with a lot of pain. Please send him your prayers! The good news is that it's a compression fracture, so they did not recommend surgery. I'm not sure how long the recovery process will be, but they are sending him to rehab today.

As many of you know, Lanny takes care of the business side of WW, so things are very hard without him. We had hoped to have our revolutionary Saving the Post-Hysterectomy Woman program finished by now, so this has been a huge setback.

Please support this totally unique and one-of-a-kind revolution in women's health by ordering a product that you don't already have from the WW Store. Our wonderful shipper, Ryan, is sending out orders and keeping WW on track.

Thanks ever so much, and Remember to Remember WW Posture!

Christine

Sending best wishes for a speedy recovery for Lanny. Healing does have to take its time, and we know Lanny will be right back at it when he gets better. My thoughts are with you both.

Hoping you will soon be pain free and on the way to a complete recovery,
Good Wishes being sent your way.
Daphne

Oh my.....lots of love to you both. Already burning the candle at both ends, the two of you, so please take care of things and aim for a nice smooth recovery! Please keep us posted, Christine - Love, Surviving

I wrote you twice, Surviving. My email doesn't seem to be working right...and no Lanny! :-(

I got your messages and I answered you twice - I guess you didn't get them?

...your second response in my trash folder, but not your first. Will respond now. x

Dear Christine and Lanny,
Sending love and healing from the bottom of my heart for a speedy recovery and relief from pain for Lanny.

Best Wishes,
from Down Under,
Aussie Soul Sister

I got your message, Christine, and answered it. Be sure to check trash and spam! Who knows what the problem is. Please take care - both of you!! - Love, Surviving

Wishing Lanny a painfree and timely full recovery. Please know WholeWoman is a shining light in my life.
Thankyou Christine and Lanny!

Thanks for all your prayers and well wishes! He was moved to rehab last night, so at last he will get real support in healing. He was literally wasting away in the hospital bed, but they were so overbooked that everything was moving at a snail’s pace. Carol and I are working diligently on the WW Conference - it’s going to be great!!

So sorry to hear about Lanny. Sending lots of healing light & love his way and to Christine as well.
I'm so very grateful to you both for all that you give to us all.
Jacque

I wish Lanny a very speedy recovery with as little pain as possible.

Best wishes to you both.

Glad to hear of the move to rehab - I imagine now they have him moving around more, which probably isn't any fun, but at least progress is coming. Keep us posted - love to the whole family. - Surviving

sending him healing vibes, that he continues to recover quickly

Sorry to hear about Lanny's fall. May he heal quickly and may you , Christine , be able to see him through.

Dear Lanny & Christine & all the family & WW team,
Oh my goodness, just picked this after being on retreat. Sending you so much love & best wishes Lanny. You've been such a rock & a star not only for your nearest & dearest, but also the whole Whole Woman community. The WW community loves you & will do everything we can to ease this time for you both. Wishing you a peaceful & loving recovery.
With love & thanks, Lindyxx

Thinking of you all.

I hope Lanny continues to get well. It would be nice for both of you to be at the conference in good health next month.

I am very sad to hear that Lanny has had this accident and wish him a speedy recovery . If his carers are even half as understanding, innovative and positive as Lanny he will be in good hands. I really hope he is home soon and out of pain. Thanks to all the team , u r amazing.

Hi WW,

Thanks to all you beautiful women for your care and well wishes. Lanny is doing much better and I expect he'll be home within a very few days. He was given permission to walk the halls by himself, with his walker, so I think discharge is not too far away.

I've been taking all his food to him, as he told the dietician that green jello does not qualify as food. At least she had a sense of humor and retorted, "Hey, it's not even green jello, it's *diet* green jello."

He will have thousands of emails and phone calls to catch up on, not to mention a jillion other administrative details, so keep the good vibes and prayers coming!

Love from Christine

sending prayers, positive healing thoughts and lots of love your way, lanny!
I hope you heal quickly and completely

love to you too christine!
