WW Customer Service Issues...

Body:

Hi all,

Just a quick note of apology.

I've been in the hospital for most of the past two weeks and have just come home today.

I fell Saturday night the 9th and received a compression fracture on my L2 vertebra and a lot of nerve trauma below the L2. I spent 3 days in the emergency room and the balance of the time in a rehabilitation hospital.

Christine has been bringing me food when she wasn't working like mad getting ready for the conference.

Finally, I'm home!

But in the interim, I've received dozens of phone messages which have gone unanswered. I have about 2,000 emails to review.

The problem with a two person business is that when one person is out of commission, there is no one to fill in.

At Whole Woman, we try very hard to deliver first-rate customer service, and I'm sure there are many of you wondering why we have not been responding to calls and emails. Now you know why.

I'm still in a fair amount of pain and am not going to be able to put in my usual 10-12 hour days at the computer, so it's going to take me a few days to work through the backlog.

So please be patient. I will respond to every message and email and we'll take care of you if you have been trying to reach us.

But I wanted to make sure you understand that we haven't disappeared or been ignoring you if you have been reaching out.

Thank you as always for your support past, present and future.

Best wishes,
Lanny

Love to you and Christine, Daphne.

Hi Lanny,
You have been home a few days now were I am sure you are feeling better just having family around you. Has the pain subsided at all and how long will it take for you to fully recover? Please don't feel obliged to answer this, unless you would be glad of a little distraction?

I am sure Christine is glad to have you home so that she can spoil you!!
All the Best, Daphne.
