When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi Shekina,
Hi Shekina,
Christine does warn us in the Saving the Whole Woman book not to do firebreathing if you have heart conditions or hypertension.

Hi Aging Gracefully,
Yes, my bad, I did not re check the book.
Do you think the exercises in the Third Wheel would be a problem?

Lots of firebreathing in that
Lots of firebreathing in that one. Have you checked with your doctor to see how much exertion you can do?
We here wouldn't be able to tell you what kind or how much exercise you are able to do.

Well, up to now its just walking only and dancing a little, as per the doctor.
Oh its too bad I cant do the other exercises.
I was given a post heart attack protocol treatment, which is, blood thinners, statin dugs and blood pressure medication, for 6 months.
After that I am suppose to be at my best again.

Firebreathing/blood pressure
There are a couple of interesting comments by Christine on this thread, on the subject of firebreathing and blood pressure:

You might want to check with your doc, show him or her what you're talking about, and see what he says. I can understand your wanting to get back into the WW work, but be cautious. - Surviving

Ok, I will be doing that.
It makes me kind of sad though, that this will be an issue for not let me do the fire breathing
Shekina.
