When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi needtheadvice and welcome.
Hi needtheadvice and welcome. Sounds like an ordinary rectocele to me, which is no cause for panic. Extremely common, and can be managed with posture and tools have been developed by Christine Kent over the years. Maybe by now you have had a chance to look around the site and see what we are about. Surgery should be out of the question. It is promoted as a "cure" for prolapse but it can cause many more problems than it solves, and will have a limited life; once you start down that road, things will get worse. Do some reading on the site, and watch this:

Christine explains it better than anyone else can. Check it out and then come back with your questions. I have been managing cystocele and rectocele for over 6 years with the WW work. I thank my lucky stars I found it before heading off in all the goofy directions that docs will send you (PT/kegels, pessary, surgery, or just living with it). You will be OK. You will learn to love your body again.....probably even more than before, and you can be as active as you want. - Surviving

Hi, I'm sure your questions & anxieties will ring a bell for many of us who are on this forum; whoc have nearly all experienced prolapse. Pelvic organ prolapse is something very few people know about it seems, & the unknown is often scary. In fact pelvic organ prolapse is very common & there is a common sense treatment approach which is safe, natural, healthy & effective. The Whole Woman approach. This is based on a good understanding of the female form & pelvic alignment. Once this has been understood, the WW approach just makes common sense. At the core is healthy posture, lifestyle, diet & exercise. It's a holistic approach & as such becomes a way of life.
This approach is actually very simple. It require effort on our part. We have to maintain good health, posture, exercise, optimise happiness levels etc. This is our responsibility towards looking after ourselves. However, it's also very simple. Women often say to me, re the posture especially, "Is that it?" it's not actually rocket science. It's fundamentally a self help approach, once you've understood it, how to practice posture & exercises etc.
Many women find it helpful, especially in the early stages, to get some resources &/or teaching, to understand, practice & maintain the WW treatment. Look up the WW store, find your local teachers if you're lucky enough to live near any, check out the library, blogs, videos, on-line courses… There's never been so many options!
Good luck. You're young & your bodies capacity to heal is immense. Have confidence & my advice is definitely try the WW approach first.
