When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Ovarian cysts
I don't have an answer, just trying to keep your topic visible for others to see. I would think, however, that if you had ovarian cysts large enough to be obstructing bowel movements, they would have come to light by now. I suppose it would make sense then, to rule them out. - Surviving

Thank you surviving60.
Thank you surviving60.
Honestly, I'm not sure that I've had any tests done to rule them out. I thought it was just prolapse issues I was dealing with and when I was diagnosed 4 years ago and then pressured to have a hysterectomy I ran as far away from western medicine as I could. So I've been very selective about which doctors I see. Which brings me here with this question. I'm hoping one of the ladies on this forum might have some insight.

Best way to keep the topic visible for widest possible viewing, is to comment again using the same subject line, so that's what I'm doing. If you come back on later, I'd recommend doing the same. - Surviving

Hi Wholesome - Just in
Hi Wholesome - Just in general, i would say concentrate on correct posture and toileting practices, and make sure you are emptying completely. If you have been working on WW for awhile, that posture should be pretty automatic and not have to go by the wayside during a family emergency. If you are pre- or post-menopause you might find some relief with a little raw honey applied up in the vagina, and/or something soothing like coconut oil on the urethra. Try sticking to an anti-inflammatory diet as much as possible, if this is not already your practice. Wear comfy cotton undies and change regularly. - Surviving

Thank you for your help
Thank you for your help Surviving. After a recent bout of bronchitis and a full on cough I notice some changes... I am having to make sure I empty the bladder fully. Yes posture...
Will go with your suggestions. With appreciation :)
