When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Can you delay?
Hi kfn29. Would you consider putting off this surgery? A rectocele can be managed quite comfortably with the Whole Woman work. I have cystocele and rectocele and have been managing just fine for over 6 years. Please watch this video RIGHT NOW:
https://wholewoman.com/newpages/video/ww101.html
Rectocele surgery is very risky. The failure rate is high, and the first surgery destroys your body's innate ability to support the pelvic organs naturally. You have not lost this ability (yet). Please take a look at what we have to offer here. Do you still have your uterus?
Think about this, please. - Surviving

Rectocele kfn29
Hi kfn29,
Take some time to research Christine's approach, which I believe will give you enough information so that you are fully informed.
There is a workable alternative to surgery.
Surgery was the only choice I was given - I did not want to go that way - somehow I just knew, and then found Christine's approach after waiting 17years....
Four years later I am living proof that Christine's approach works, not just for rectocele, but my other organs were starting to prolapse as well, with accompanying chronic aching of my hips and knees and hip dysfunction, and the start of painful hip bone concussion.
Little did I realize that all those symptoms are connected!
As soon as I adopted the posture the hip concussion ceased.
My rectocele is very manageable and the other organs have receded.
Christine's hip program has healed my hip dysfunction and now I am pain free.
There are so many other benefits, like strength, inner ear balance, very strong feet and ankles, just to name a few.
I know the feeling of being in discomfort and fear and wanting all of my symptoms to just go away, but I really do shudder at the thought that I may have had surgery without knowing the workable alternative. I also now know the full implications of the surgery which were not disclosed at all...
Wishing you all the best,
Aussie Soul Sister

kfn29,
kfn29,
This is not a pro surgery site. Most of the women that come here want to avoid surgery, because the failure rate is so high, and women end up with worsening symptoms or prolapses of other organs. Christine Kent, founder of whole woman, writes about this extensively.
If you are interested in an alternative to surgery, or really want to know more about the affects of surgery, start looking into this very important work. You can start with the link Surviving has provided above, and also go to the tool bar above for more reading.
Lots of great info on this site.
