When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Hi cinder60,
Hi cinder60,
Sorry to hear of your troubles. The bladder wouldn't be pressing on the rectum, but the uterus could. I certainly have had my fair share of that. That is why getting that uterus lifted off the rectum and your pelvic organs moving forward is so important.
I know you have been dealing with these issues for quite some time, and from reading over your older posts, I am not seeing a clear understanding of the Whole Woman work. I was wondering what materials you have of Christine's? If you could tell us where you are with the work, maybe we could give you some better guidance; otherwise, it really may be time for you to book a consult with Christine. She may be able to fully explain to you what is going on and how you should proceed.

Actually reading back again,
Actually reading back again, I came upon this great thread with some really good advice:

Well worth rereading.
I think getting a better understanding of the Whole Woman work would really be most beneficial to you. Besides the book, which I see you do have, maybe look into some of the videos. First Aid for Prolapse would be a great one to start with. Christine really does take you through the process with tips about every day living and exercises to help strengthen the posture. Something you might want to consider.

Thanks for the info.
I am considering a consult with Christine since even the newest of her books is hard for me to figure out exactly what the posture is supposed to be. I hated ballerina training as a kid and most of the exercises seem to be a lot like those. I have been trying over the years to eat well, drink lots and exercise and have pretty much maintained the prolapse at a point where I could live with it comfortly. I have never been able to push it completely back in and the other day the doctor couldn't either. That makes taking the prescription for the bacterial vaginitious questionable and I hate to take pills. I haven't gotten the results of the fecal tests back yet. Seems like when one thing gets out of whack everything else follows suit. I am really lery of using a pessiary (especially since I wouldn't be able to take it in & out by myself) and I am not really considering surgery (most days). If the doctor had not mis-diagnosed me many years ago I believe that I would have had a much easier time with all of this. Anyway, I'm just feeling sorry for myself since life was going along just fine. Now the prolapse hurts like heck when it decides to fall back into place and it is usually when I am at work and dealing with a customer.
Thanks a lot "Aging gracefully" for your response and I wish you the best in 2017.

Hi cinder60,
Hi cinder60,
I have had those days too, so I know where you are coming from. If nothing else, getting down on knees and forearms and breathing deeply into your belly, or doing some belly rolls while you are there can feel pretty damn good and relaxing. Also, jiggling and firebreathing several times a day can go a long way to making a severe prolapse feel better.
Sometimes people need a little extra help and more of a hands on approach for better understanding of some things. A skype might not be a bad idea either.
Best wishes to you.

Thanks
I really think that stress has played a major part. I hate Nov & Dec. and a good friend died on my birthday (thanksgiving) this year. Overall a real bummer. Plus having a bacterial vaginal infection contributes to being a bummer. Guess I will eat heaps more yogurt & hope that the meds ( gel) work. I can't get the get actually into the vagina, but I don't want to take the pills. This is my second shot at it and if this doesn't work then I guess the pills will have to be tried. Don't know what else to try and the cramping is very painful. So have a good weekend. We are expecting 3/4 of an inch of ice here in Oregon. Happy 2017!
