When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Re ''Back in Place''
Hi Chip,
Do you sleep on your back or on your side?

Ladies,
Ladies,
It doesn't matter what position you lie down in, because just the act of lying down takes the intraabdomnial pressure off our pelvic organs. It is when we are up and moving that this pressure comes into play, and why the posture and breathing is so important in moving those pelvic organs into the lower belly where they belong.
I have a severely prolapsed uterus, and after a night of sleep, I always get up feeling my best prolpase-wise, as have many other women testified feeling their best with their prolapse in the morning.
That is why the whole woman work is so important, so you can carry the great feeling throughout your day.

Positions
Sevilla555 I was sleeping mostly on my back...which is unnatural for me.
I did also try sleeping on my right side still with my hips and legs elevated.
I think the position does help because the uterus moves up and positions. Ageing gracefully
did yours stay in position all the time as mine is? Mine has not moved downward like before.

Hi Chip27,
Hi Chip27,
Our pelvic organs are on the move all the time, sometimes the uterus being the heaviest of these organs can be more noticeable. I have had mine feel off to the side, way back, and wonderfully way forward. Keeping it moving way forward into the lower belly is the goal here, but don't get discouraged if yours does start moving out of the position it is in right now, that is what the whole woman work is here for.

Right direction
I consider it a move in the right direction at least and am sure the work will eventually
keep it where it belongs. It is so nice to be able to sit down in a regular manner.
At least it in not down in my vagina or hanging out as it was for weeks.

uterine prolapse
As you know, I also have a severe uterine prolapse. You mention that you feel best prolapse-wise when you get up in the morning. Does that mean that your prolapse keeps its rightful position early on in the day? My prolapse is always outside and I know that the most important thing to do is to get it and keep it back inside. I try to keep the posture as well as possible during the day but somehow nothing has changed. Any further suggestions please.

Hi pompom - a severe uterine
Hi pompom - a severe uterine prolapse will require more than simply "trying to keep the posture as well as possible".
In addition to training yourself in mindfulness to keep the posture ALL the time, you will need lots of firebreathing/jiggling/exercise moves specifically intended to pull the organs forward into the lower belly. Safe toileting practices, safe lifting. A good diet that prevents constipation.
Aging Gracefully has written often about the need to occasionally give the uterus a shove in the right direction prior to firebreathing. All of this takes time and patience, and most of all, hard work. Things change slowly by degrees. - Surviving

Hi pompom,
Hi pompom,
I know you have been dealing with this for many years, but as surviving has said, it does take hard work and dedication to whole woman. Granted I don't have to work as hard at it as I used to, but until you get to a comfortable place with this you really do. I have done everything possible, every day with this work. Everything that Christine had to offer, I did it. The exercises, whole woman walking, jiggling and firebreathing, and most importantly really working on the posture. It is all so important with severe prolapse.
As we have mentioned in the past for you, you may want to schedule a skype or even a consult with one of the practitioners or even Christine. Sometimes, that more personal interaction can help to get a better understanding with this work.
Best wishes.
