When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Hi Krn72 and welcome. I tend
Hi Krn72 and welcome. I tend to agree that you may be experiencing some prolapse symptoms, and to be dismissed by the doc because of your age simply proves how useless docs are in this situation. But try to relax. You have youth on your side, there is so much you can do now to put things right if you understand what's happening. The coughing, the lifting, the constipation, all are contributing factors. How is your posture? Do you suck in your belly? Do you perform "core" type exercises targeting those flat abs that everyone seems to think are so great? You will need to reverse all that. Surgery is the worst thing you can do for prolapse, but I can't picture any doctor (no matter how misinformed) pushing that suggestion on you at your age. This is probably the biggest reason you are being dismissed......doctors have no real solutions up their sleeves, they just don't know what to tell you. We do! Start by watching this.

Take heart......you have so much power to manage and reverse this!! - Surviving

Hi surviving, thank you for
Hi surviving, thank you for your reply. I have been feeling very alone and it's nice to even have someone speak to me about this issue at all. Doctors seem to be absolutely useless and have failed to find a problem I've been dealing with for months on end. I actually figured out what I may have by finding this site and reading other people's experiences... most sound very similar to mine. I was almost relieved, I thought I had cancer or something awful, but it seems it's just my organs falling out of place not that that's any good either, specially at 21 years old. Anyways, my posture is terrible I'm always slouched over, I probably suck my stomach in although I don't notice it and I don't have much to suck in. I have in the past done core excersizes at the gym but I don't go anymore because of my problem I can barely go to my classes or job. I'm going to change my posture starting now, also reading mixed reviews about doing kegals, should I be doing kegals? I'm going to see the gastro just to rule out any other issues although I had an x ray that came back normal already. I just want some relief and piece of mind. I've started taking Metamucil which makes me go daily, but I still feel full in the bum area and the worst of it is the gas that I'm unable to pass until I start doing yoga type moves to get it out.. even then. Also, sometimes when I go and push small pieces of poop come out but nothing more .. is this common? I have so many questions but not enough money to purchase all the books and stuff on this site. Anyways thank you In advance, I'm sorry for the ranting. I'm just very scared that I'll never get my life back.

Kegels
Here is one of several articles Christine has written about kegeling:
https://wholewoman.com/blog/?p=1497
Kegels pull the organs in the wrong direction (into the vaginal space, instead of away from it). I did them rather religiously for decades and ended up with prolapse, so I can personally guarantee you they do not work. If they did, wouldn't all of our kegeling have wiped out prolapse by now?
Take heart. There is a site-wide sale just announced, and we can give you some suggestions on what to get for starting out. - Surviving
