Jiggling

Body:

Hi folks. Just a quick question on jiggling. How long does each jiggling session need to be and is breath important as we jiggle?
Thank you for your help.

Forum:

Jiggling is not an exercise, but a technique created by one of our long term members, and it doesn't have to done for any length of time. You just bend over and jiggle enough to move your organs forward, and then get in some firebreathing.

I agree; I find it a good move before or after toileting. Good any time you are feeling especially bulgy. Jiggle those organs into the lower belly and then straighten up into great WW posture and go on with your day. - Surviving

Hi everyone. Very new to the forum. Love all the info.
I ordered Kegel weights before I found the whole woman site. Haven’t used them yet. Should I use them with the new kegels or return them?

Hi catdog,
I don't know what kegel weights are, but the "new kegel" as Christine calls it is not actually a kegel at all. It is a pelvic rock in which you are rocking forward breathing deeply into your belly and then rocking back breathing out and drawing the belly in.
What of Christine's products to you have? A more thorough look into her work will make this all the more clear and understandable.

Very new ,just started a uti and trying to take care on my own, but it jiggling ok to do with a uti? Thanks

What is fire breathing?

Hi She and welcome,
Jiggling is not going to hurt anything physically, but I would think that would be rather uncomfortable doing it while having a UTI.

Hi She,
Firebreathing is a breathing exercise that helps us to move our pelvic organs into the lower belly.

Can you tell us a little about yourself and what symptoms you are having with prolapse?

Hi , about me I have a cystocele I am 65 and having reacurring uti, 1 every 3 to 4 weeks, Dr wants me to use Premarin but I am refusing so I have been working on my posture and watching wW videos
I did read somewhere that using coconut oil vaginally helps with uti ,but have not come across info again . I haven't started excercise as of yet,so tired of these uti. I know I have to start soon.

Hi She,
Glad you are avoiding the premarin; no good can come of that stuff. The whole woman work can help in preventing recurrent UTIs, because with this work you are pulling the bladder forward into the lower belly and out of the vaginal space. Also, by using proper toileting practices, you will be completely emptying your bladder, because it is the residual urine left in the bladdrer that is the likely culprit in recurrent UTIs.
There has been much discussion on here about home remedies. The most popular being applying apple cider vinegar, followed by raw honey. Honey is actually something you can use daily instead of that nasty estrogen cream for vaginal dryness. Type UTI in the search box and you will find tons of threads on this subject. Also type honey in there, because everyone needs to know about this.
For getting started with whole woman, the Saving the Whole Woman book and First Aid for Prolapse will give you all the information you need to better understand what you are going through and what you can do about it.
If you have any other questions on how to get started, we are here for you to guide you through it.
Best wishes to you.

Thank you so much! For this info. I do have two videos ,but will also buy the book and I started jiggling this morning, again thank you. She

Which videos do you have, She? Depending on which ones you purchased, the information may be in one of them.

Hi Aging gracefully, I have WW solution to pelvic organ prolapse, and WW fundamentals.

She

Oh! Well, yes, you have all you need then to get you started! Especially check out the toileting section of the ww fundamentals, because developing a good toileting routine will be most beneficial for you to get a handle on those recurrent UTIs.

I'm reading about honey ,but question do you use it once a day or ever time you go to the bathroom ,and is raw wildflower honey from your area ok to use? Thanks

You only need to use it once or twice a day. Just insert a dab high up inside your vagina. The honey you use should be raw and preferably from your local area.

Hi Folks.

I am still waiting for the FAFP package to arrive. Would appreciate it if someone could let me know if all the basic info i need about fire breathing and proper standing, sitting, picking up things, etc. are included in this package or do I need to acquire other additional info to get me
started? Also, with the jiggling, am I supposed to feel/see something happen? Newbie question...I know. Does it take time to achieve the desired results from this technique? Sorry about the empty posts earlier. There seemed to be a web-page glitch and the comments I typed would not post. Also, has anyone found sitting for long periods, even upright on flat chair trying to keep posture really hard for prolapse. I had a long meeting yesterday and found a real negative result.
Thanks for your help.

Jiggling is really only a tool to help move your pelvic organs forward right before firebreathing and/or toileting. What holds the organs forward is the ww posture. With correct posture and breathing our pelvic organs are being pinned in place where they belong.
First Aid for Prolapse is a perfect start into this work, and will explain and help you to better understand this work, what your body is going through, and what to do about it.
