When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi nana and thanks for
Hi nana and thanks for checking in. I think that the initial sensation from the vinegar is more often described as a sting than an itch, but it doesn't matter because the important thing is that it's a fleeting sensation only. Others may share your experience. I couldn't agree more about the importance of finding and utilizing these natural remedies, when the medical establishment has nothing really safe or effective to offer for conditions like these. I feel fortunate I have largely been able to avoid doctors altogether, though I know your experience is different, having had some serious issues over the years. I wish you continued recovery and good health.....you are certainly on the right track now, and it's vital that we all continue to share this knowledge! - Surviving

lichen sclerosus
Hi
Feeling frustrated with this ailment. I also had bladder prolapse first. After daily walking with jeans instead of sports wear; I developed a bad vaginal rash--turned out to be lichen sclerosis. I have been given
steroid ointment "Clobatasol"
It seems to come and go. Now I have a terrible outbreak and I think is was from waterrides at a theme park. Its the only think I had done differently.
Any home remedies out there? I also take a estrogen vaginal cream for dryness. and the Dr just up it to
taking 3x a week.
thanks

Hi pansygirl115 and welcome,
Hi pansygirl115 and welcome,
Christine herself has suffered lichen sclerosis and has written about her experiences here on the forum. Just put it in the search box to find the many helpful threads. She has also come out with a couple of wonderful videos: the vulva vaginal health and the miraculous self healing vagina that you should look into.
And ditch that nasty estrogen cream; that stuff isn't good for anyone. You will find that honey is the perfect alternative. Just apply a dab high up in the vagina.

Cured from lichen Sclerosis
Cured From Lichen Sclerosis
LS is not a disease but chemical (dioxin) poisoning
Hi. I was diagnosed with anal Ls in 2013 at Cleveland clinic in Florida. Specialist said I had severe scaring. I was prescribed steroids which worked for about two weeks. I used salt water and aloe Vera which worked but the sore, burning, and itching always came back. I figured since I got it to heal for a few days this can't be a problem with my immune system. My boyfriend told me I wipe myself too hard. I wiped with wet toilet paper for years. That comment prompted me to stop wetting the paper and wipe softer. By the next day the itching etc. subsided and a week after all symptoms were gone. I always got sore after forgetting and wiping too hard. It's been three years now and I'm free from ls. I still am gentle with the area and finding as time goes by the area is more and more tolerant of wiping. Toilet paper is bleached with chlorine and a by product of chlorine is dioxin, one of the top five worst chemicals in the world. It takes years to get out your system. I believe that wetting the paper , thus releasing its chemicals was what was causing the problem. I now only wipe with paper whitened with hydrogen peroxide and don't wet it at all. In public I do use regular paper as I realize the problem is in wetting the paper. I've shared this with a few people who confided they had the same problem and all of them wet their paper. All of them so far are healed. Hoping you will too as LS is dreadful to live with. LS is not a disease but chemical poisoning.

Lichen Sclerous
I was diagnosed with lichen sclerosus in October and have been using Clobatesol ointment with no success. And just prior to that I developed urine inconcience. I need help! I have been transitioning to natural on everything else and when this website popped up after praying about it, I knew I was on the right track. Would someone please point me in the right direction as to how to get started and what I need to order from the Women's Store? I want to get started as quickly as possible. Thank you!

Hi Unique2Bme and welcome,
Hi Unique2Bme and welcome,
Christine actually had the lichen sclerosis and does talk about it here on the forum. She used cider vinegar alternately with raw local honey to clear it up. You can type lichen sclerosis in the search box to find more threads on it.
As far as the prolapse goes, Saving the Whole Woman book and First Aid for Prolapse DVD are a good start. There are also many bundles and online courses to choose from.

Thank you!
Thank you Aging Gracefully! I have been reading on the website and listening to the interviews, all have been very informative. I will continue to read through the threads which I am finding the use of vinegar and honey, and will purchase the items you recommended and check out the online courses. A question that comes to mind is do I continue the weening of the Clobatesol as I do the natural remedy?
I use food, exercise, supplements and recently started using essential oils to maintain my health. I let my guard down when diagnosed with the LS and used the Clobatesol as directed, and now wish I hadn't. I know I had searched for natural remedies when first diagnosed but could not find anything. I prayed about it and started a new search. This time Whole Woman was the first thing that popped up. So to me, Whole Woman is a God send.
Thank you again and have a blessed evening.

Hi Unique2Bme,
Hi Unique2Bme,
I don't like to take medications, and I know Christine doesn't either, but I have also never had lichen sclerosis. That would really be a question for her. You may want to book a consult with Christine to get a better explanation.
She also has some great videos on vaginal health that could be helpful.

Hi tit willow - This is not
Hi tit willow - This is not the same as the WW forum. It is asking you to create an account. You probably don't have one if you haven't purchased before. If not sure, click on "I already have an account", enter your email address and click "forgot password", see what you get. Most likely, you will need to create the account at this time. - Surviving
