Vaginal dryness help

What should I do for vaginal dryness and painful intercourse. I'm getting older and my vagina is getting thinner. Any help???

Yes, there is help for those symptoms here. Christine has been talking about the natural healing affects of raw local honey for some time now. Just a small dab on the tip of your finger inserted high up inside the vagina once or twice daily usually does the trick. My prolapse can extend outside the body when I do the exercises in the standing position. Is it counter productive to do the whole woman breathing in this condition? Should I omit these until I see improvement?

I also have the severe prolapse and experienced much bulging in the beginning. Add in jiggling and firebreathing throughout the day; also, getting down on knees and forearms and doing some belly rolls feels good.
I would keep doing the exercises, but if you feel uncomfortable, skip some of it until you become more confident. I actually did the hands and knees firebreathing for quite some time before starting the standing version, so just mix it up on how you are comfortable with it.
Throw in some ww walking too, a great way to work on those posture principles!
