Can't poop without pushing

Body:

Hi ladies! I am wondering (in an anxious kind of way) if I have a long term issue. I have looked through lots of posts on not straining but not specifically found this issue. My problem is, no matter the consistency of my poo, I need to push. I would not say I am always 'straining' but definitely pushing enough to feel my cystocele move down. I now seem to have my bowels moving regularly and mostly in good condition (small and soft) - i still get constipated sometimes and occasional a bit of diarrhea. But back to the good stools....when all is well I am trying to just sit and relax, but nothing moves. I am feeling the urge, the poo is there but unless I push it will not come out. Even if I give a little push to start it moving and then just relax, everything stops again.
I read one comment that someone had help with biofeedback....does this problem sound like something that biofeedback could help? (i dont know much about it). Obviously I am keen to avoid all straining but I also need to poop - am a little nervous I have done some permanent damage from straining in my past that is now going to significantly affect my prolapse. Fyi - I use either LoPo or half squat when I do go. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

who told you I was not practicing? As for the language, I translate a lot, but usually it is not like the writer's intention at all, there are many words that Google can not translate to me and popular words that are translated differently from the original,

Then you do need more help with translation, because you are not showing from your posts any true understanding of this work. I would suggest you find someone that you are close to to go over your materials with you, so you can gain a better understanding of it.

this is probably about straining and causes prolapse so I suppose the answer is eat to eliminate constipation ie green beans sprouts and bran etc

unfortunately I have overstrained and that has caused the prolapse ie pushing - best to change diet and not strain or so the nurse has said to me

Happy as I am,
Have you you looked into the whole woman work? Diet can play a part in having good bowel movements, but the whole woman work, which includes the toileting posture can really help with this problem, so you don't have to strain on the toilet.

I stand, too. Gravity does the pushing. I do bend forward. I have so many painful fissures and this damned rectocele, this is what works. After it starts, I can generally sit or almost-sit, leaning forward, and lightly push and finish normally.
