When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

RE: new here
Welcome aboard to this forum.
The most important thing you can do for yourself is allowing your body to adopt and maintain the posture advocated here. I just returned from Washington and can honestly tell you that I did not even feel my universal prolapses. I felt normal and I cannot even begin to tell you how good that felt. I have been doing this work for a little over a year and there are days where I do listen to my body and take it easy. But...for the most part, I seldom think of this handicap as interfering with my daily routine. I even seldom wear my v-brace now and when lifting heavy items, I just make sure I am even more aware of how I carry myself.
No constipation, eat light meals a few times a day and drink lots of liquid. Also, on hands and knees, do alternating leg lifts. That is the only exercise I do besides biking and walking, which I don't do daily. Besides, it is too warm now.
Hope this was a bit helpful

RE: new here
Welcome, You will learn a lot from Christine's book! I have read a dozen on the subject! I have been here for a few months and I have good days and not too good. Never as bad as they were when I first was diagnosed! I take things a little easier than before, but I still work a lot. I have pretty good luck with the sponges. I will be going to another gyno next week to see what SHE says about my condition. I was 3rd degree and cancelled the surgery also. This is indeed a wonderful forum for us. Good luck, Nancy
