When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Me again, I don't mean to
Me again, I don't mean to monopolize the board, but all of this is SO close to my heart. I had such similar questions to you this time last year KiKi!
I think the amount of improvement post partum has to do with how much of the prolapse is caused by stretching of the ligaments, and how much is caused by tearing and damage.
My uterus improved very quickly and amazingly. So much so that the PT did not believe that my uterus had prolapsed at all when I saw her. I think this was caused by stretching of ligaments, and that the posture helped. As I have posted elsewhere, I also think the kegels helped somewhat perhaps with generally retoning everything to keep the uterus in place again. I have read of others who have seen similar improvement with primary uterine prolapse post partum.
However, I am left with obvious damage as I still have the rectocele, and small cystocele and these did not improve too much. As I have said, the rectocele was "ironed out" a little I think, but to be honest, this might be in my mind. It is so hard to be completely objective.
It seems that different women see different levels of improvement over time. Again, a frustrating situation as you wont really know for a while. Do know though that there can be SOME improvement and it really does take more than several months for things to feel anywhere near normal after giving birth to a baby vaginally.
I remember feeling in such limbo as no one could tell me what would happen with any certainty and this was so disconcerting for me!

worse before better
I am sure I had a prolapse after my first birth that no one noticed- and it definatly got much better- and then after the second birth it got better too- but this time it is much more noticeable and isn't getting better at all - in fact I think the whole area is just worse-but I think it is going to get worse to a certian degree and then stabilize and then get better.
SO it must just be different from one time to another and one woman to another-
