When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

New Pre-Publication edition
Hi!! I just received the new Pre-Publication edition and I have
been reading it! It is excellent! I was very happy to see the
new excercises and the music. My question is this...is anyone
having trouble holding onto something like a barre, trying to
read and do the excercises. I am finding it very difficult to do.
I was thinking the Cd had video of the exercises on it. I am
disappointed. I find it so much easier to watch and copy some-
one. Like on the First Aide to Prolaspe video Christine actually
shows you how to do the exercises. Any ideas anyone?????
Thanks so much!!!! Vicky

Learning the exercises
What I have started doing is reading the first few moves and then practicing each one until I think I know what I am doing and slowly adding more. It is hard to have to keep referring to the book to see what to do. so this is my solution--bit by bit. Haven't yet tried to do it with the music until I feel comfortable with the moves. Music will also be a challenge until I figure out how to tell a bar of music. But it will come. I, too, hoped to have video to guide me. Maybe that is coming. I'm just so glad to have what we have!

idea for exercises
I haven't tried them yet, but maybe you could copy the instructions onto an index card and tape it to the wall?

practice
I would suggest reading about each exercise carefully and then practicing with its accompanying piece of music until you have it memorized – it will only take a few times through. I hoped you would have fun learning how to listen for bars of music. You do not need to have any musical background to do this and it’s just one of those basic life skills that opens your worldview a little wider. I know a video is necessary – and I plan to put this exact program on dvd, but we’re just not there yet. I was worried that some might think it too boring, but truly…it’s so enjoyable if done correctly with the music – and a rigorous workout too. This workout in Saving the Whole Woman is really an added bonus in the book and I know I will have to accept that not everyone will like it. If you really work at it though, you’ll be ready for the next positions that allow movement across the floor – and THAT’S when it really gets fun. :-)

thrilled
well i am really thrilled with the new edition. seriously. just thrilled. i am moving through it slowly, taking it all in.
i just want to say that i would really encourage everyone to buy it. even if you have the first edition, which i do, as well. really, buy this book! i haven't even begun to start to focus on the exercises because the rest of the content is really...necessary for me to absorb. i'll get there, but the clarity it gives to me, the continued confidence that THIS is the right road for me to take to make living perfectly well with my rectocele and cystocele for the rest of my long life -- i have that planned - didn't you know :) -- is feels very strengthening to me.
thank you christine for this. thank you to all these women here who have buoyed me so over these last few months. i simply can not believe how far i've come and that is virtually because of this work and this site of incredible women.
thank you all.

New edition of the book
Thanks Christine for this wonderful new edition. My copy arrived in the mail today. It has been on a long, long journey to get here!
I am in awe of Nickelle's illustrations that show so clearly how each muscle is attached to the skeleton. It makes it so easy to visualise what is happening in my body when I move. Now I understand what you are talking about when you urge us to have big arm movements. I never really understood that before.
To all Members out there who don't have their own copy yet, if you only buy one book in 2007, make it this one!
Cheers
Louise
