When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Different
Yes I have to say that I have noticed this, its different then before I had the rectocele. I believe this is because I am softening my stool with drinking way more water, taking flax and benefiber. If it were a dry hard stool like it has been for most of my life it wiped up real easy.
Are you taking in more fiber ?
(yeah this whole thing is embarrassing, I wish I could go back to when I had never heard of a pelvic floor and cele's)
I am able to wipe better with the squatting position.
Hope this helps.

Wiping
Mary,
I'm on my way out the door, just saw your post. Search the forum for a thread "endless wiping syndrome" or "sharing the wisdom" - you'll find some relevant comments there.

don't do it
get a squirt bottle and have a clean up that way- all that wiping is going to create irritation. Or you could use a wet cloth or even baby wipes but when this does happen to me (rare) I just get shower clean and move on. If it makes you feel any better - I some times have to wipe my kids more than once-

Too much fiber, not enough water
I'm pretty sure that's what it's from. Not positive though. When I was eating ground flax seeds, I had that in a really bad way. I stopped eating them and anything else that was a ton of fiber and it went away(for now anyway).
Buy those flushable wipes for those emergency times.

Flax Seeds
Yup I agree, those flax seeds are amazing. I was eating way to many !
I have cut back on them and its a lot better.
I just eat one banana dipped in a small bowl of the flax seeds each day. No more on my salad.
