When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Me and my friend Cele...
My Cystocele was the worst one of my prolapses...
It was peeking out every time i stood up and made walking soooo uncomfortable that sitting was the best idea!
After speaking at length with Christine and posture and LESS - Many ess Kegels - My Cystocele now no longer peeks and 99% of the time I forget about it :)
The only time it is low is just before period time.
So - For me - It is now not something that takes over my life :)
I hope it will be this way for ou also...
Sue

so much change can happen!!!
when i first prolapsed and all the doctors said you will see a ton of improvement in the next year i didn't believe them. i had a golf ball hanging down--there could it go??? how could it defy gravity?
well, 5 months later i don't know it's there at all. there is a slight bulge inside and that's it. I go through periods (ie a few hours) of having to pee more which is annoying, and sometimes if i am sitting and stand i feel like i really have to pee--but i'm working on just letting it pass.
all my symptoms from that--backache, irritable bladder, they are gone (I can largely thank my accupuncturist for that I think).
unfortunately my rectocele hasn't been quite so accomodating at moving, but even then i notice it for a total of minutes most days. i had a very bad day the other week when it really came down again, but within a few days it was right back where it had been.
i have done a lot--posture, diet changes, accupuncture, physio, homeopath, reiki...and they are all helping in different ways. but the end result is amazing. and i never would have believed it!!!
according to my physio I was a grade 2/3 when I first prolapsed, and now i'm about 1.5...
have faith...so much can change ;-)
hope that helps

Thanks Sue,This is just
Thanks Sue,
This is just what I hope to achieve. Walking is uncomfortable for me too at the moment and thats without it actually poking out so I can imagine it must have been awful for you.
Really glad to hear of your recovery, you are an inspiration!

Kiki that helps imensly
Kiki that helps imensly thanks!
I too dont understand how my bladder could move up again and defy gravity but you are proof that it can and that's enough for me. I am really encouraged and when I think that just a few days ago I was feeling like my life to some degree was all but finished!
I have so much hope and faith now that things can only get better. My Dr was the opposite to yours and told me things would get much worse and nothing but surgery will help. I'm just so glad that my instincts told me 'no!' and finding this site has given me the support and info. I need to say no to surgery.
I hope your rectocele continues to improve, I'm sure all your hard work will pay off eventually.

Christine's book and constultations
Hi Zoe
You sound much more confident now that you can improve the cystocele. Remember that you can ring Christine for a phone constultation via the Wholewoman Center Shop webpage, but more importantly get a copy of the second edition of Saving the Wholewoman from the same online shop. It contains a wealth of information, statistics and full explanations of posture and exercises.
Keep calling back here too.
Cheers

You will be okay
My son is almost 3 now and I do not notice the prolapse on a daily basis anymore. I'll always know it's there, but I no longer constantly worry about it. One thing that does get irritating, is sometimes finding a good pair of jeans(I guess I have always had that problem though:)!!). Making sure they aren't too small and they aren't too low around the waist.
Just keep coming on this website to know you aren't alone in the world.

Jeans
Hi Mom30
I'm not sure whether or not I read your comment correctly. I think you would fine low cut jeans would be better prolapsewise, as they don't compress the abdomen, ie they allow the belly to assume a shape that allows the pelvic organs to come forward over the pubic bone. If you wear jeans that are high cut, they tend to compress the belly inwards and push the pevic organs backwards and downwards, where they sit over the pelvic floor and are more able to sink lower, ie they are not supported by rigid bone.
Cheers
