When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Suspenders
Hey Elleninala
Hey, what a great idea. I think gentlemen in times past really were onto something with this. My DH has very little bum and the seat of his daks drags round his knees. He is now of an age when da middle grows and da bum doesn't ;-) so I just wish he would get some suspenders. They can look very stylish and they do keep ya trousers hanging well on ya body. I think that's why a lot of tradesmen wear bib and brace overalls, not a bum crack in sight!
But for women, what a wonderful idea. It used to be possible to buy a women's garment that was like a pinafore, except with trousers instead of a skirt, but they never looked really smart, unless there was elastic somewhere in the straps, a real style killer. Back in my hippy days I used to wear bib and brace overalls all the time. They were sooooooo comfortable and I wasn't at all worried about the bum being all baggy. That was all a part of being an 'anything goes' hippy. And it was lovely not having a compressed belly, when all about me were squeezed into pre-lycra jeans. Come to think of it I might just go back to B&B overalls for around the house/farm when it is too cold for a sarong. Old hippies never die, and we probably still smell a bit funny. LOL
But the idea of all elastic braces under your shirt, very, very clever! Ah, women are so resourceful.
Cheers
