When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Breville Juice Fountain Elite
Hi Granolamom:
I have a Breeville Juice Fountain Elite. I love it! The juice rocks and it is very easy to clean.
A friend of mine swears by her Jack Lalane juicer.
Gone juicing...

Juicer
Granolamom,
I recently bought the Jack LaLayne juicer and we love it. Its nice because you dont have to peel the fruit. We love orange, apple and strawberry juice. I like to sneak a carrot in there too. We bought ours at Target for around $100.00.
Good luck

BTW
I typically juice carrots, parsley, celery, tomato & lemons. I've also skipped the tomato & lemon and added 1/4 beet. Both combo's are really good. I've also juiced granny smith apples. Then I add a table spoon or so of yogurt.

juicer
I have a Champion juicer and this morning I juiced half a head of romaine lettuce, 6 leaves of that flat kale, 2 apples, 1 lemon (juiced separately as it was not organic) and a good handful of cilantro. I then rode my bike in a ride that covered 65 miles. The only other treats I had were a third of a banana and 2 wedges of oranges along with my 24 oz of Heed (a high energy electrolyte drink). Even with 3 rest stops and a 3,000 foot elevation change, I rode the 65 miles in less than 5 hours. It was a great ride and I attribute my energy to the "green drink" produced by the champion juicer.
