When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

CONGRATULATIONS MUMMYNOW...
I have been wondering how you were going, this is great news, its truely and amazing experience. I still think about my two wonderful births.
I recall you will feeling so bulking during pregnancy as I did, I am now 9 months postpartrum and feel no bulkiness at all, only when I have to pick bubs up too much as he is now getting really heavy and I am very small and petite. But it took a good 4-6months to feel nothing at all, now I feel great.
Take care of yourself and of course your new little baby girl. (they don't stay little for too long!!!) Enjoy every moment.

CONGRATULATIONS!!
Mommynow, I’m so happy for you! Sweet sisters…how precious. I’m glad the birth went well and I agree with Michelle…rest...and when you are up, pull yourself into the posture. The postpartum dvd remains in early stages as we work on many projects at the same time. Lots of love and hugs (((((mommynow&babynow))))), Christine

congrats mommynow!
I've been thinking of you, so nice to log on tonight and find the good news!
my advice.......rest rest rest. drink lots, eat well, pee often. stand tall.
at first all I did in terms of exercise was posture. then (at two mo? maybe?) I started going for daily walks outside -keeping the ww posture- with baby in a stroller. 20 min most days. started the ballet workout a mo or two ago, but I don't get very far.
I'm so happy for you that you had a wondeful birth experience. bask in it, and in your blessed little ones.
