When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

wwworkout :-)
If done correctly, this program rigorously exercises the abominals. Also, ww firebreathing (in the 2nd ed. of the book) is great for this. I know we need the postpartum dvd and the www dvd...
The key point, Blythe, is to find exercises that strengthen the abs and buttocks at the same time. That is our true L-shaped "core".

Thanks Christine
For your help, for this incredible forum, for your invaluable amazing book which I need to read again and again. We are in dire need of your workshops here in the UK . Have you thought of ever expanding your work this way across the ocean?!
Will definitely get my week organised so I can do the WWworkout . Have meaning to for so long it is just a bit tricky with two youngsters running around! Am managing to do the daily workout on DVD. 16 months postpartum and I am still being mistaken for being pregnant sometimes! This does bother me but I am more concerned about my core strength and I assume that the rest of my tummy will follow.
I am so grateful for finding WholeWoman

core strength
the ballet workout is amazing
when I went for my 6 week pp check up (at 3 mo pp) my mw said 'I can tell you've been doing crunches, your abs are really strong'. 'course I hadn't done a single crunch, just the first few exercises of the ballet workout and the firebreathing.
I still do look like I'm 3 mo pg, I think after 4 kids I will always look this way. much of it is extra skin, and I'm not about to go for a mom-job.

ballet workout
Thanks for the advice granolamom. I HAVE to get my head around the ballet workout. I have the book and I go to look at the workout and then I find myself switching as it looks rather technical and I cannot take the instructions in! I am sure it is easy and simple to follow.
Have been doing the firebreathing for just this week and already see and feel the difference in my tummy muscles.
Have been walking every morning this week and it feels great.

Frankie, I am having the same problems following the workout in the book. Too bad we can't get together and help each other.
How many travel from out of town to visit the Whole Woman Center? I sure would like to go and get some expert instruction from Christine.

I know how difficult it is to learn this from a book, but it was the best I could do at the time. My husband and I have conceived of a whole new paradigm to bring women and this work closer together. It's not going to happen overnight, but will include bringing my studio to you via online streaming video.

we stopped by
earlier this month we drove to Colorado from Florida and on the way home stopped by- but it was 7 at night so no one was there- we will probably make the drive again next year and I will be sure to go during operating hours. I really wanted to stay the night and go in the morning but dh wanted to get home.......
anyway- are you 16 weeks or 16 months pp? If it is weeks then be patient you will get stronger. The basis for the ballet workout is leglifts- front and side and some deep plies. Don't worry you will get it.
Christine. It is very easy to make a utube video. very easy and free.
