When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

depends
I looked back over your other posts and it sounds like you would really like to see what the posture looks like.
I don't know if you are interested in exercise.
I don't know if you would prefer more information about surgical outcomes or the history etc...
I say go for the DVD if you are a visual learner- it has all the information you need to know about posture-
The book is good to have too though.

I *think* I've got the posture right but yesterday I slowly walked on the treadmill in posture as well as I could and the prolapse was much worse afterwards and all day long. So, obviously, I'm not doing something right. I do NEED to exercise in some way (blood pressure, weight, etc) I had been running for the last 2 years but stopped 2 weeks ago when I discovered this. I think that the urgency to pee that I was feeling while running was the prolapse but I didn't realize it.
I am interested in the exercises. I'm not sure what nauli and/or firebreathing are.
So, basically, I can only afford 1 right now and was trying to decide which would be better.
Thanks

DVD
Go for the DVD. I think you will enjoy the workout- and it is adequate to condition the cardiovascular system as well as the muscles- and even good for building bone strength-(the advanced part anyway).
Treadmills are awful if you ask me- way too much force coming towards you.
You will be able to run again if you want to- Christine even does some running on the DVD.
The information section is great too- though you may need to watch it more than once to "hear" it all. It is a lot to take in at one time.
