You did it right Mozart. Just open the topic and click on Add New Comment. A comment is a reply. Then you click on Recent Posts to see if there are any replies to a topic you have started. I work from Recent Posts all the time.

BTW, I would think that a full WW workout once a day would be plenty, especially if you are going to the gym as well. More is not necessarily better for your body, esp if you are doing other workouts.

I don't do the full workout twice daily, just don't have time for it (or the endurance!)
I do about 5 min of firebreathing/nauli/plies twice daily and that's it.
I'd say go slowly. do some today see how you feel. add a bit every other day or so until you find your place of tolerance/benefit.
I'd rather do it that way than overdo it and have to cut back.
