When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi Mboty and congrats to you!
Hi Mboty and congrats to you! Wow! It's true, we do have some super-duper birthing experts in our midst here, and I'm glad you found us. Take care of yourself now...this is a great time for your body to start experiencing some of the benefits of WW posture. If you do the right stuff you are likely to find the cyst. resolving on its own to some degree or another.
You probably have enough on your plate right now, starting WW being just another thing, but it is SO important. Post-meno people like me wish we had had this knowledge back in our birthing years....please stick around and do this wonderful thing for your body and soul. Congrats and we will be hoping for updates! - Surviving

What a great way to birth!
Oh, Mboti, that is such a wonderful inspiring story! I am going tingly all over! Don't worry about your cystocele for now. Just enjoy your baby and walk, stand and sit tall with a relaxed tummy. And give that man of yours a hug for us. He is a gem!
Your cystocele may get worse for about three months. This is quite normal, and we don't know why. By six months pp it should be starting to behave a bit better. It will take two years for your body to revert on the inside, even though the outside may go back much quicker.
