These ballet moves are pretty universal, but if it's not clear from the book, then use the FAFP dvd where Christine demonstrates everything in detail, not just in the routines but in the Dictionary of Movements.

Don't know about shoulders and WW posture. But correct WW posture is what puts all the body parts in their correct alignment. I think avoidance of surgery is always the goal. These problems always start in the soft tissues long before bone is involved. - Surviving

Lesson #6 Tendu. Tendu front and close, side and close, back and close,side and close . Then repeat.
Lesson #11 Half Moons. Tendu front, slide side, slide back and close. Repeat and make sure your hips are facing front and moving as little as possible. Hope that helps
