But what I'd like to know is this:
I know that attention to the WW posture is #1, but...
If you've found relief for your pop symptoms, what would you include in a list of most important practices?

Hi emmline and welcome. Effective prolapse management does not lend itself well to quickie answers, but here goes.

1) Immersion in the WW work to truly understand the pelvic organ support system
2) Diligent practice of WW posture all the time
3) Posture walks and WW workouts to strengthen the body
4) Firebreathing
5) Healthy diet and safe toileting so as not to undo the work. - Surviving

Good question - well answered by previous two.
For me the postures are cat, (on all fours), standing forward bend & standing leaning back into full human extension.

I have made such good progress after visiting you and the exercises in cat position r brilliant especially for 'realining' if I have been forced to sit for too long such as on a long journey.
I think I would add ,
Make time for yourself to relax by walking in WW posture and sometimes lying down and always remember the Breathing! Sitting in the correct posture is an ongoing challenge for me!

Thank you. I sometimes find it useful to just lie belly down for a while and curl my buns up and back down.
