When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

RE: Sad mom
Hi Sad Mom,
I'm 61, been diagnosed with 3rd degree proapse, rectocele, and cystocele!!!! I have only been a member here since ? end of March???But things have already started to improve! My sis-in-law told me hers was falling out, and she had to push it back to pee! Well mine wasn't quite that bad and have never had incontinence. I went to the same gyno she did and he suggested pessary or surgery. Well before I thought, I said surgery. Then I started having bad thoughts, and for right now have declined it! She had the surgery and is doing well, but she is 72, and very inactive. I am active and do a lot of heavy work around the home. Christine's book has been a godsend to me, and I'm sure many more. I do so many kegels, even when I wake at night. I am experimenting w/ sea sponges. I think I like them. I have had 3 days in a row of good feeling. Wow, I like that! You are young enough, keep trying. I had pelvic floor therapy and I do those exercises also. I have never had anything other than appendix out, but had 3 children, and the first was very hard labor.. Make sure you don't get constipated. Every night I take something for this, as straining is not good for us at all. Don't give up the ship! You are not alone here with Christine and all of us. Read her book.
Nancy;) Monday the 9th would have been my surgery, which I declined!!

Hi Sad Mom,
I wrote in a response to you, but it got lost in cyberspace with the forum being updated, but. I feel so bad that the surgery you had failed...but I am not surprised after reading Christine's book. Her explanation as to "why" these surgeries fail (which is a setup for repeat surgeries), truly speaks to the heart of the matter. We shouldn't be messing with God's perfect plan for us. I just wanted to add that the sea sponges have worked wonders for me too! They were created for women's menstrual cycles, which by the way they work great for, but also work for prolapse. I have been using the posture every day in everything I do like standing, sitting, exercising, lifting (not too heavy objects), But still I feel these wonderful little sea sponges are helping me during this time of "healing"! I too have a rectocele, even though it's slight. My main problem is the cystocele.... I feel the sponge will work for you... You can order through this website www.pandorapads.com. Go for it girlfriend! Many blessings, Aprile
