How long to get a result ?

Body:

If I am dedicated in the application of the whole woman posture and follow your work out daily, how quickly will I see an improvement in a stage 1 uterine/cystocele prolapse ?

I think its not possible to make accurate predictions. each woman appears to have her own results. there have been many women here who've seen marked results almost immediately (weeks) and some who have only seen minimal change in the appearance of their prolapse.
so many factors play a role, prior medical history, overall health and capacity to heal, environmental demands, etc

I can only tell you how long it was before I saw change. I had a cystocele(probably stage two or three, depending on the day). first it got worse and I developed a rectocele. then my symptoms all but disappeared (within 3 months). it took a full year and then some before the actual size/location of my bulge changed. but by then I was symptom free (aside from a few days a month and not even every month) and I had adjusted to the prolapse psychologically, so what it looked like really didn't matter anymore.

its been three months for me as well and all that granolamom said has been the same for me

Did u do the firebreathing as well? I'm finding it tricky! and how often should I be doing the workout? Thanks for your replies.

I didn't start doing the firebreathing until christine discovered its benefit for prolapse, about 1.5 years after I joined this site. and then I got pg so I couldnt' do it then.
but when I don't have my period, I try to get in firebreathing every day, sometimes twice. I used to do the ballet workout (not the whole thing) a few times a week, but now I just do some plies when having a bad day.
and, I'm doing nauli whenever I do the firebreathing.

it took me a while to get the hang of the firebreathing. felt really wierd and wrong-way until one day I just got the rhythm of it. practice.....

Thanks for the reply, I will get stuck in and see how I go.
