When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

twins!!
Congratulations, Joanne!
Well, first I would make sure you understand how and why the uterus falls back from the abdominal wall and how it is anteverted into or toward its proper position. This should alleviate fear as you sit up into WW posture with a babe at each breast (experiencing some envy here - how invincible that must feel!) You will be in control of your uterus postpartum!
Also remember that your body is built to carry twins without additional support. If you think an external support garment would put your mind at ease, then by all means find one that supports your spine in its natural configuration (shoulders down, etc). The folks at www.prenatalcradle.com are the experts in pregnancy support garments, although I'm having trouble bringing up that site atm (maybe it's down for maintenance). I think a garment that wraps around the shoulders would give the greatest support, but make sure it's not pulling you out of natural posture.
Many blessings! I marvel at big families and the women who create them.

thank you
Thank you for your encouraging reply. I tried the website as well and it just turns up blue. If you get an updated website, please let me know.
Which chapters should I review again from Saving the Whole Woman to help me better understand the causes of the prolapse?
I am trying not to lift heavy things.... Do you also agree with that as helpful with prolapse? nothing over 25 lbs?
Many blessings to you for the gift you give all of us women!
