When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi ranann - so sorry to hear
Hi ranann - so sorry to hear you are experiencing this. Is this the first time you have had a serious setback? Or is it just the biggest one? Because it is normal to have them, and until you do, you may not trust your body to be able to get back to your baseline. But you will! Some women will have a setback and not really have any idea of why it's happening. In your case, you know exactly what triggered it. Just keep going, keep working and it will resolve itself. - Surviving

Hi sorry to hear
Do you know about Pyridium? It is now over the counter and helps with frequency and urgency with UTI's.The only side effect is it turns your urine a bright orange color but it REALLY helps. It might help you. Good Luck.

P.S.
What you are describing, sounds like a really bad case of bladder spasm. For some reason,I'm a bit prone to it and even though I drink Cranberry juice etc. It will happen once in awhile, maybe twice a year.I keep try to stay as non med as possible, but this condition can come on suddenly and as you are describing,it's terrible.Pyridium is specifically for this type of pain and relieves the bladder spasm. It used to require a prescription.I'm a Nurse-Midwife and always used to write a script for it w/ antibiotics if patients had frequency and urgency.just thought I should explain and not just recommend a medication:).

Dear Ranaan
I just want to say that it sounds to me like you have been a model hero....staying upbeat and positive and not letting prolapse run your life. That can be hard to do. And the work you do is both amazing and demanding. It is okay if you need to weep every once in a while :-) I send you my very best wishes and hope that this set-back will be over before you know it.
