When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Also, how do I learn about
Also, how do I learn about this WW posture? Is it only through the books? I want to begin doing ASAP...same with firebreathing and jiggling? Adding to the info about myself. I just finished nursing my daughter and she is 22 months. Would that cause my cervix to get so low or is definitely a prolapse?

Dear savedbygrace14,
Welcome!
OK - first relax - then start by going to the resources tab & watching Christine's videos.Practice the posture during the day, at all times - this will help your pelvic organs to move forward to the relaxed lower belly away from the vagina.
If you use the search box there is information on the forum about firebreathing & jiggling.
The womb does move around naturally, & straining on the loo doesn't help so you need to address constipation - plenty info on that if you use the search box. It is helpful to stop looking and checking your organs & concentrate on WWP.
You will be able to have more children & husbands don't generally notice our organs & sex just helps them to be pushed further in.
I hope this allays your fears & you can get started on your Whole Woman journey.
(((hugs))) &
Best wishes,

uterine prolapse
Hi savedbygrace14,
Welcome to the WW community. I hope you find it as helpful as I did when I was discovered this site in a distraught state having discovered I had a pronounced uterine prolapse. yes - I think you have one. Rest assured the WW approach is the very best, safest and most natural approach for pelvic organ prolapse recovery and/or management.
Just to add some further comments: I agree with Assie Soul Sister, most men haven't a clue unless their partners tell them! Also intercourse with an erect penis is a wonderful tool for pushing up the cervix back above the pubic bone. So no worries there! You may want to look up posts re sex for further details.
There are basically things you can do to make things worse - and things you can do to make them better: You do less of one and more of the other. One of the things that makes things worse is constipation and straining whilst sitting down on the loo. Lean forward and place the weight of yr body on yr feet, kind of half standing or with thighs resting against the loo seat, whilst on the loo. If you have to strain strain whilst leaning fwd in this position. There's a lot more about t this in the book and other posts. Address yr constipation issue. Take control of it and reduce or stop it. I find stewed fruit on a daily, sometimes 3 x's a day, basis, works a treat for me. Find out what works for you. This is an important element towards improvement of symptoms.
Women with cervical prolpapse can also gently push it up, with a clean finger of course. I have a neat little routine of doing a standing forward bend for about 3 breaths, then pushing my cervix up, then standing up into WW posture with arms up and wide and then back into WW posture. When I'm symptomatic, I can do this every time I go to the loo.
The book is wonderful; a real resource full of information, advice and support. It's great for those women who like to know why. The dvd's are the practical manuals; they give you the visuals and verbal instructions re how to do the WW posture and the postures. I think of these resources as investments in my long term health. I follow the dvd's regularly. I like to have several so I have choice and variety. The money goes to a good cause too; Lanny and Christine's income and ability to continue this work. Some women build up their resources as/when they can.
I empathise with how yr feeling. However, I hope you'll find the support and treatment available here gives you hope and help.
Love and best wishes, wholewomanuk

Hi, savedbygrace! Please, try
Hi, savedbygrace! Please, try with aloe vera for your constipation problem. Open one leaf and get the fleshy jelly part out. Add to a glass of water and sip it throughout the day. You will see how much is too much, because it can cause really loose stools.
And here are the posture basics you look for: http://wholewoman.com/newpages/uterine.html
Best wishes, you are not alone in this, the site&forum is full of information and women ready to help you.

Thankyou Faustyna
Dear Faustyna, welcome to the WWcommunity!!
Firstly I second Bebe's comment on your birth experience thread regarding your search for a better natural birth experience. Many thanks for sharing it so beautifully.
Secondly I will try the aloe vera suggestion as managing a rectocele can be unexpectedly variable sometimes in the "Chapel of Ease " as one of my friends called it... not always "easy".
Christine's exercise DVDs as a necessary adjunct to WWPosture really help also.
I do find a magnesium supplement, some wholegrain bread, a couple of prunes & as many vegetables as I can eat, + good fats, helpful most of the time .
I am lucky to have fresh aloe vera growing in my garden.
Best Wishes,

Lucky you, Aussie Soul Sister
Lucky you, Aussie Soul Sister, hope savedbygrace can also get some fresh aloe for her problem! it's really effective. So many people recommended me the foods you mentioned above for my constipation but nothing seemed to work! It was my second pregnancy when I found out about the trick with aloe and it solved my problem for really long. Some people recommend boiling flax seeds and drinking the jelly liquid but when pregnant or in excess it can alter the hormonal balance.
Thank you for your kind remark, Aussie:) You all make me feel very welcome!
