When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Hi Thriver and welcome,
Hi Thriver and welcome,
Here is the prolapse self exam for starters:
https://wholewoman.com/library/content/articles/prolapseselfexam.pdf
This is right from the book, Saving the Whole Woman, which would be a great investment into this work along with the First Aid for Prolapse DVD. You can find these in the whole woman store. If the budget is tight, the whole woman fundamentals would at least get you started:

Glad you have found us. You will find that the more you study about this work, the better you are going to feel. This work has helped so many of us with our prolapse issues, and it can help you too.

What to Buy?
Thank you so much, Aging gracefully ;-)
I see the Saving the WW and First Aid DVD would be $74, but it doesn't include the WW Fundamentals. Would I still need that or is that info included in the other two?
Thanks!

Hi Thriver,
Hi Thriver,
The Fundamentals is just a recap of the basics of posture and toileting. These are explored more thoroughly in the Saving the Whole Woman book and First Aid DVD.

Toileting
Good day,
I am having some issues with how to use the toilet. Urinating isn't as difficult but eliminating is now. I've tried using the techique on the video that Christina talks about but now I can't seem to have a bowel movement, just gas. You know the one where you are to sit on the toilet with your thighs against the seat but not your behind. Are you to bend over and lift your behind off the seat, then twist to the right side and to the then left, bend over and press your stomach to your thighs? It is not working for me. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I always remember to remember (posture). HELP!!! I believe this is the right thing to do but I seem not to be able to figure it out.

Hi Iwassent2you,
Hi Iwassent2you,
I too had problems going at first with this work, with a combination of just plain constipation and the fact that my uterus was resting heavily on my rectum. I found that it was a process of engaging in everything I could do working and coaxing those pelvic organs forward into the lower belly so that having a bowel movement did eventually become more easy. Diet also played a huge part for me too, so getting into good dietary habits is so important.
One thing that helped me in the actual toileting act was to jiggle my organs forward first, a little firebreathing, and then a hovering squat above the toilet seat. As I felt the bowel movement moving, I would then lower down to the seat.
It does take practice and experimentation, some like to do a twist to get things moving along, so read around on here, lots of great ideas to choose from.
