New and struggling

Christine, I have been doing your dvd exercises most days since January and find them very good, although my hips turn in slightly so some are hard to do properly, I love the music. However I am still unable to get up after bending down without a strong suction type of pulling down. I am also unable to sit on a chair even in the wwp or lift anything or walk up the stairs or any distance without the same feeling. I just sit on the floor. Are these symptoms of prolapse. I have recently been diagnosed with rectocele and cystocele. I stretched with my first baby who was foreceps 27 years ago.

So Hopeless

Another bad day...I don't know where else to turn except this forum. I just want to cry and cry and am so tired of being like this. When I am lying down I feel so normal. Everything is in its place. The second I stand up everything is bulging, inside and out.

Bliss Balm .. where can I find it?

I have a question for Christine.
I am running out of Bliss Balm and need to reorder soon, but I cannot find it offered at the Whoe Woman Store. Where can I find the link so that I can order?

report, update, and some thoughts

Hello all,

how was your prolapse at 12 weeks pregnant?

I've got a quick question for the ladies who have had a pregnancy post-P0P. I checked my POPs in the mirror a couple of days ago for the first time in months, and was very pleasantly surprised to see my urethrocele and rectocele had gone back inside my vagina, whereas before they were just at the mouth(?) and sometimes sticking slightly down, esp after a BM. So, I've been having a daily look for the past few days, and my POPs have stayed tucked away. i mean, really tucked away. this is easily the best they've been since I discovered them.

Back Pain

Can someone help me with the horrible back pain I am experiencing since discovering this prolapse?

I have never ever had back pain in my life. Even with years of dancing I never sustained a single back injury. Even throughout two pregnancies wherein I gained 50lbs each I never had a day of back pain.

Update 7 months PP, trying very hard to keep positive

Hello ladies.

First of all wanted to say thank you for all the responses I had to my earlier posts. Much appreciated. I thought I would touch base now to see whether any wisdom might be out there to further provide solace or advice. I read Mommaof2’s post yesterday and felt very sad and understanding. It is just so hard this whole business and since I have a 3 yr old and 7 month old I really related. If you are reading this Mommaof2 here is a big hug (( )).

Boric Acid / Yeast

HI all,
question. has anyone ever tried boric acid for yeast infections? I keep reading it can get rid of recurrent yeast that probably never really goes away in the first place, but the idea scares me! the chemist can order pure boric acid (well, 99% pure), which seems to be what you need (put in 00 capsules and put it all in) but DH is convinced i'll end up at the ER with burns.
anyone ever tried this?
is pure boric acid the right stuff?
sounds scary, but i'm desperate!!!
Kiki

I'm new...please help me!

I apologize in advance for the length of this post...
I am 12 weeks postpartum with my 2nd daughter. My first was 6lbs9oz and this baby was 8lbs10oz. It was fast delivery and just as I was about to push we realized she was sunny side up. Some manoevering on my hands and knees allowed her to be delivered normally. I had a 2nd degree tear.

GET WELL, LOUISE

I want to send get well wishes to our dear Louise, who has been fighting a mighty bug for many days now. Please feel better soon, dearie, as you are sorely missed by all!

Hugs from Christine
