sweet tooth

Any suggestions on ways to feed this annoying sweet tooth that just won't go away?
Looking for ideas that are POP and inflammation friendly...
Currently just drinking a lot of redbush tea and eating blueberries, but just doesn't quite do it... (and no, it doesn't get any better over time!!!)

thank you in advance

Why do you think some have physical discomfort and others with POP don't?

Hi
I am always back when I feel I need support...my 2nd baby is now almost 18 months old! I have moved over from the pregnancy and prolapse forum to here because I feel like it has been long enough after havinng her...I have also given up some of my hope that my body would bounce back so to speak...

Has anyone had a c-section after prolapse?

I have been contemplating maybe having one more baby. I have all prolapses, none are really that bad aside from the rectocele which causes more issues than I like. But, after my son's birth, it tore pretty bad and damaged my sphincter muscles and now I'm pretty sure I've got some rectal prolapse going on as well.

So, instead of hoping for no more tearing and to prevent more damage to my poor muscles, was thinking of a c-section. I just can't remember if anyone who already had the prolapse went with one or not on here.

sea sponges, exercise, vaginal walls

The question of using sea sponges or other pessaries during exercise has come up before but I was wondering whether any one could answer a more specific question. If there is a rectocele and/or cystocele, do you think there is any risk that using a sea sponge, both for exercising and generally, may make uterine prolapse more likely because the vaginal walls are more open? I can see how that would be the case with a sphere. Thanks. Judith

The strangest thing

The strangest thing has happened to me over the past 8 days. I have been waiting for my 2nd period to come since the birth of my daughter 16 months ago. I was dreading it as last month the week before it came, and the 5 days I had it, were TERRIBLE. I was in agony. However, these past 8 days I have felt the best I have felt since I had the baby and all my organs fell out. I had almost no pain, no spasms, no cramps, etc. I really didn't even have any pulling sensation.

Hi -- I posted yesterday, with questions, but I have more...

Has anyone tried acupuncture and had any results? A friend of mine said she knew someone who tried it and had good results.

Hi Ladies --

I wrote a week ago nearly hysterical. Tomorrow I am four weeks post partum and am feeling better emotionally. Honestly, I have been a wreck dealing with the fear of the prolapse and the implications it will have for my life. Many of you have said that your prolapses have changed significantly within the year after childbirth, and this is what I will remind myself over the next year or so. My husband keeps telling me to take it a day at a time, but I also don't want to do anything that could worsen the situation.

sexual disfunction due to prolapse?

I am not sure what happened - but about 3 months after giving birth and after a couple months of trying to have sex with prolapse I began to notice that I was not getting aroused anymore, had a hard time staying aroused and sensation had greatly diminished down there. However - I have noticed that there had been some stretching (from giving birth) around my clitoris and the skin covers it more and on top of that my husband and I were not on good terms.

feelings

I am finally starting to get a sense of my pelvic organs. I can feel them moving around depending on the position I am sitting or standing in!
