cystocele- heaviness and throbbing in vagina

Hello,

i am 31 years old and just gave birth to my first baby 5 weeks ago.

My cystocele appeared almost exactly four weeks postpartum. I am devastated as I had never even HEARD of prolapse prior to this incident. 2 OB's have told me it is mild to moderate but that over the next few months it will heal with time (and kegels).

Hello everyone.

Multiple Surgeries and Still suffering

I had total hysterectomy and pelvic floor repair one year ago. Uterine bladder and Rectal prolapse. I had terrible pressure and pain but my chief complaint was hemorrhoids. I'm never constipated and never strain but cannot get rid of them. I had three surgeries for hems and a fissure three banding so and no luck. They finally found the prolapsed and did the surgery with calf skin mesh but I'm still miserable rectally. I had fibroids and terrible periods too this the hyst. I've been banded once more and burned with IRC to no avail.

pessary uti

hello , I have had a ring pessary for about 2 months. and I am on my second uti.
I have went to the doctor and am taking medicine for it. I don,t know if the pessary could be causing this.
has anyone had the same problem with a pessary. when I take it out it feels better, but when I leave in in for a day or two I start feeling the uti working on me more. any ideas?

bladder, bladder neck?

When I feel inside my vagina, middle finger up to knuckle, I feel a rubbery firm bulge anterior wall. Is this my bladder? I thought cystoceles were soft bulges. I don't think this is my cervix, it's not particularly round no dimple in middle. I recently had smear and nothing was said either if it was my cervix.

Thanks

cause for concern?

I feel like I am now managing my cystocoele and rectocoele pretty well after a year and a half, but more and more lately I've been feeling loose tissue in the vagina when I insert honey, and its presence is quite uncomfortable since it doesn't seem to respond to fire breathing and jiggling as well as the other bulges do. Does anyone have an idea what it might be?

Pregnant and Concerned

I'm 27 weeks pregnant with my 4th child. I have a stage 2 cystocele that I have had for several years. I am asymptomatic at this point, but visually my cystocele has appeared to have gotten worse over the last few weeks. When I look, there is a definite a bulge at the opening of my vagina, even though I can't feel it. I have been trying to walk in the correct posture, but I am worried that it is going to continue to get worse and become symptomatic during the rest of my pregnancy. I'm also really worried about delivery. I get a lot of anxiety thinking about it.

Bladder prolapse Cystocele falling after 4 years and now uterus too

I am fully menopausal for over 6 years now.

My Specalist that did the surgery cannot see me at the moment however did a urine culture due to cramping that I have had for over 1 week now feeling like menstruel cramps and found I have a "Group B Strep" infection in my urine so I'm on penicillin and am finished it tomorow - yet my cramps are still here and I now look 4 months pregnant too!
