Prolapses feel worse

Hello ladies,

Cyst removal surgery experiences, as they relate to prolapse?

Hi everyone!
I have a bladder prolapse. After working with WW posture, it's improved greatly.

My body surprised me.

I discovered that something was popping out of my vagina about a year ago. After two children, the first a natural birth and the second a Caesarean, I had natural menopause at an appropriate age. I had almost forgotten about my female organs but sex was getting painful. This I put down to the natural process of vaginal atrophy. My gynaecologist suggested I try an estrogen cream. I am a little wary of ingesting hormones so I didn't really bother with it.

I'm new here...and here is my story..

Hi everyone. I've been reading every post I can for the last four months, and thought I'd finally introduce myself. I never ever thought I'd be here, and I don't even remember exactly how I found this site (probably google) because these past six months have been a blur. I'm 34, have three kids ages 13, 3, and almost 7 months, all natural deliveries at birth centers, very fast 4 hr labors. I have been practicing Forrest Yoga for three years, which is very core oriented and focuses on long holds in difficult positions.

right chair

Forum:

Hello!! This is my first posting here at the forum :) so glad to have this here and thank you all for being a community, I can already feel it. My question to start is ...I need a new chair, as the one I have has been giving me problems. Could anyone recommend a chair that works for prolapse? I have to sit at a desk to work on my computer, it is an old desk of my dad's and is tall. I am tall. I do not owe a laptop and have serious knee bending issues, so can not sit for long without some kind of support. Thank you.

Simple, But Not Easy

I’m not really sure where this post best fits, but because I’m still in the emotional-struggle phase of acceptance of prolapse, I’ll file it under “emotional”. If it doesn’t belong there, moderators feel free to move it.

A couple of weeks ago I traveled to Albuquerque to spend time with my son and daughter-in-law. Before I left home I scheduled a session with Christine. I’m deeply grateful that I did.

Happy Mother's Day!

Forum:

Hello Whole Women,

I am sending you all Love on this beautiful day. It can be so challenging to be a mother, step-mother, God-mother, mother-in-law, daughter, step-daughter, and daughter-in-law! But this is how we learn and grow into our fully awakened Selves.

The Whole Woman Center is on our neighborhood's annual Mother's Day Tour, so I have been a busy bee getting everything ready. Tomorrow I will be back to address a few recent posts.

Enjoy resting in the moment, just as it is.

Love from Christine

Internal rectal prolapse

Dear Ladies,

Hello again + needing support

It's been over a year since my last post. Since then, the strain of returning to work while still healing from postpartum depression/anxiety, plus parenting a 2.5 year old and life's other duties have combined to keep me from my whole woman work. My last post was an elated testimony of how much whole woman had helped me, and now I need to draw on that feeling of success to have the faith to re-engage with this work.

LRO

LRO welcome to the forum. I'm starting a new thread because I want Wild Strawberry's story to stand on it's own.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your baby and that your prolapse has hit you at such a difficult time. It sounds like you've been taking good care of yourself though and I'm really glad that you found Whole Woman.

Looking forward to hearing more from you...
