My birth story.. i listen to my body not the nurse.

My Dr scheduled me for induction on Saturday 6am because I have passed my due date and my prolapse is so uncomfortable I'm also having very strong contractions that aren't regular which my Dr referred to as false labor but believe me they aren't false labor those were real true labor contractions. I arrived at the hospital later than the scheduled time around 7am on my arrival the nurse to induce me have left so other nurses attended to me and were ready to induce labor for me.

Searching the Blog

Because there are many posts on the forum where we suggest doing a search on the Blog page, I wanted to note that there is currently no Search box on that page; but you can go to the Home page and use the Google custom search box on the upper right - it will search the Blog.

In addition, I have a couple of topics I've posted, where you can utilize a list of links to Blog articles.

Hyperflexability

I have always noticed that I have a lot of flexibility in my joints but was surprised when my chiropractor said that my hip was slightly out of joint and saw some ligament issues. She described me as hyperflexible. Would the hips book and dvd help me to stabilize this?

WW posture in 80 year old - Fabulous

Hi All

I just wanted to share my experience of seeing this lovely little lady in the bank today. She was probably about 80 years old and a tiny wippet of a thing but she stood in line in beautiful WW posture. She had no deterioration in her spine, it was straight and she had her chin tucked in a bit and a lovely lumber curve. She also didn't have much sagging in her face at all. I could still tell she was older but not from the efforts of gravity.

Are sit ups ok and how about the ab lounge?

Forum:

Hi i am new at this and have done sit-ups for 20 years and have an ab lounge i am not sure if this is good or not

thanks
please notify for responses :)

thanks kindly

Breathing out

Dear Ladies,

Symptoms getting worse

I prolapsed at 5 months pp. Now at almost 8 months pp my symptoms are worse. Is this normal? I have been working on WW posture daily in addition to doing WW dvd workouts and WW walking.
