New and question about products

Hi,

I'm new here, and am so glad to have found it. I have a bladder prolapse which is due to probably large babies and exercising too early and too hard after giving birth.

I amm interested in purchasing Christine's book and DVD. I'm wondering if anyone knows if the book on Amazon includes the DVD?? Also, is the First Aid DVD and the DVD that is advertised w/ the book different? I want them both if there are two. :) Thank you in advance, and I will post a better intro when I have a few more minutes. Thanks!

Cervial position- quote from a book

This is from Taking Charge of your fertility. pg. 64.
"In addition, the cervix rises due to the estrogenic effect on the ligaments that hold the uterus in place." This is referring to around ovulation.

I have just been thinking of this and the reports here from women about how they only seem to have trouble with their prolapses during certian times-

So lets say it gets bad for you during ovulation- well what does this mean? maybe as the cervix rises out of the vaginal canal it allows room for a rectocele or cystocele to come in more and be felt differently.

Getting through to men

Well another tearful night for me due to the sheer frustration of a husband that will not listen. I decided to write my thoughts to him down and then printed off a copy of Christine's leaflet that explains what prolapse is. I insisted he read them both. I know men don't want to know the ins and outs of prolapse but my view is that this happened to me because I gave birth to OUR children and he needs to know that. I told him I would rather he left than continue with this disbelief that something is wrong and telling me to go to the doctors to "get it sorted".

Exercise

Hi, new here, just discovered possible prolapse a couple days ago and came across this (wonderful!) website. Haven't been to a doctor -- trying to get up the nerve to call, actually...
