Vaginal Irritation

Hello, Everyone!

I just wrote some information about this topic, but I think it disappeared. Guess I didn't submit it correctly. So - here it goes again! -

Several years ago (before my prolapse), I had been having occasional irritation in my vaginal area. My Gyn gave me creams - which didn't work - and suggested that I go to a large medical center in my area for laser work on my vaginal area. I decided I didn't want to do lasers.

Incostress

I spoke to the lady at Incostress on the telephone this morning (lovely lady) I told her about Whole Woman she said she would check out the site :-)

I explained the use we would want to use the Incostress for. She said she would send me some to be the tester (Oh lucky me lol)

That is cool.

They are having some production issues at this moment that should be sorted out soon.

Wierd pains

Hi All

Just so I don't derail the other topic, here's another one.

Bluemama, you're having wierd pains. I have a feeling that all these wierd pains might be just because we have prolapses. Of course they need to be checked out because some of them are pretty bigtime.

Severe Dyskaryosis

Like I need more hassles - Now my smear shows this and I hafta go for further tests at hospital.

Tampessary...

OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

I bought some tampons - Fab!
They sit a bit lower than they should but it cannot peek or get near the door let alone out of it!

Says on the packet though that you are not supposed to use them when not on your period

Hmmmmmmmm

I wish they could make a medical grade silicon tampon type thing - It would be a better option for me than a pessary, as I would be in charge of it and not stretching my nether regions to god knows where...
Now where could I get made one of these medical grade silicon 'Tamessaries' I wonder...

Pessaries with stage 3 prolapse

I did have a donut pessary for 3 months. It was the size of Rome and only the gyn could remove it and it basically turned me into a nun too. I asked her for a different type that I could remove myself. She fitted me for a ring with support. I use Estrace 3 times a week to pump up vaginal wall. I also use a vaginal mosturizer called Ky Long Lasting or Ky Silk. Anyway after a couple months the ring with support is hurting and not enough support so I have to go back to the donut.

Exercise

Hi,

This is my first post and I am so excited to be here. I'm figuring things out here at 4 months post partum. I have a uterine prolapse and I've already done all my crying, been to the pysiotherapist and the obgyn...now I'm searching for real answers and it looks like I've found the right place here.

I've ordered the book and studied the posture online but i am going to go crazy if I dont get active soon...i understand all the things i can't do but what CAN I do for exercise???

Thanks

Can't get comfortable today @:(

I'm at work and I've tried everything except standing up and typing. I've got that awful "pinching" feeling and I started my period today, which doesn't help. Sitting in the posture hurts. Sitting slouched down hurts. Sitting with my booty hanging over the edge of my chair hurts. Trying to lean up on one of my sit bones to relieve pressure hurts.

Thought I would get smart with the constipation and took a stool softener last night. Boy, was I ever sorry when I woke up this morning! I've never had one give me stomach cramps and gas before, but this one sure did!!!

Thank you, each of you...

Perhaps some are not meant to play in the larger playgrounds of life. Even the ones like this that teach so many wonderful and valuable ways to climb. I have learned much here and I am standing on the top of the slide, hanging firmly to the handles thanks to the strength of knowledge and compassion I have gained from all of you. I realize that it will inevitably become my turn to slide down, at times, but I also realize that this is part of life and my ladder up will always be right there waiting just a few steps away. Our ladders are always waiting.
