Could use some advise

I am new here and would like some advise as to where to start! I had a TAH/BSO back in 2008 ( wish I knew then what I know now), just was told by my Gyno that I have a quote "mild cystocele" and to ease up on the lifting and don't gain any weight! Seriously ! I lead a very active life, work on a horse farm and have my own horse farm, so yea there is lifting , pulling and everything in between not gaining weight no problem - horses eat before I do :) !

Introducing myself

New to forum here. I'm here because my gyno referred me to specialists for surgery to correct my issues and though I took the card referrals I walked out of the office saying no to surgery to myself. I went online to see if there is a non surgical approach to rectocele and cystocele. I accidentally stumbled on to this site. I ordered the whole woman health bundle with phone consult so I can't wait to get that package in a few days, but I have to avoid constipation.

Rectal Intusseception?

So the pressure from yesterdays incidents felt different, but I couldn't pinpoint. Today, after waking up symptom free, I began to feel it again after walking around. My research indicates that it is anal Intusseception. I felt fine after my normal morning BM but about midday the pressure which seems to be rectal intusseception. How does this play into the cystocele and WW posture and possible rectocele. Can you have rectocele and rectal intusseception? I was left with what my OB called a "Tag" i believe after my first baby 20 years ago.

strange feeling of pressure while finishing peeing

As you know, I have a severely peaking uterus which I believe puts pressure either on the bladder itself or the urethra. This anatomy causes urine frequency and often constant urge. I've noticed that in times of stress it gets much worse. I can pee over 5 times in an hour and really pee.....not just a drop or two.

Having symptoms today..what am I forgetting

I am feeling and seeing pressure today. I'm did FAFP DVD this morning, am fire breathing, getting into unhappy tummy (no BM this morning) and resting with lumbar pillow under my back and no neck or knee pillow. I'm sure that I over-did it yesterday. The weather was just so nice.

Not actively pulling chest up in WW seated postures?

Safelyheld, I know that we are not "over-thinking" the posture these days, but I wanted to share this with you and any others who followed our conversations about tweaking the posture. I received my hips book and DVD and discovered something in the sitting postures that I had missed and was actively doing incorrectly. I'm guessing that this applies generally to any of the 3 wwsitting position and chair posture, but Christine said NOT to actively pull the chest up in sitting positions. I would love clarification on that.

Pregnant with severe rectocele reassurance needed please!!

Hi, I've just joined this forum and would really love to heAr from anyone who has been in a similar situation, ie a rectocele that was really bad during pregnancy. I first noticed rectocele about 6 months after my second baby (pushed for 2 or 3 hours in a not great reclined position in birth pool). I was pretty freaked out at first but it quickly lifted back up and I've not really noticed it for the last 2 years apart from when I have particularly exerted myself. But last week I went skiing, and I'm about 12 w pregnant.

Barefoot question

Forum:

I've got a question about walking around barefoot. I had a conversation the other day with a family member who is in the medical profession. He stated that the worst thing you can do is to walk barefoot on basically any surface besides grass. He said walking around your home on concrete, hard wood, and I suppose even carpet/rugs was terrible for your feet.

Rectal Intussusception Prolapse & large rectocele

Hi Everyone, I am new here! I have been suffering from rectal prolapse and large rectocele since the birth of my son 3 and half years ago, I had a difficult vaginal birth and had a medio-lateral episiotomy! Since then ive been diagnosed with pelvic floor dyssynergia, spams, prolapse, fissures, rectocele, rectal ulcers! (all these effects my bladder).

The uti that wouldn't die?!

Since I have had urinary urgency starting 2 months ago, I have had 4 urine cultures done. The 1st had a very small amount of bacteria and a few white blood cells. Treated it with uva ursi and the 2nd culture came back negative. The 3rd culture came back similar to the 1st and I was treated with macrobid. The last culture has some bacteria but no red or white blood cells? The bacteria is group b strep, by the way. Is this really an infectiion? I believe that my urgency, which is the only symptom, is all related to prolapse since it never went away. Has anyone ever had a similar experience?
