ponytail idea for activeandlapsed

Al, I woke up in the middle of the night thinking about your ponytail question, "How do you know which section of hair to pull up"? While I was lying on my back and going into posture, it occurred to me. Try this to see if it helps you feel it. Lie on the floor on your back and begin the steps: chin in, crown of head pulling up from the top, shoulders down and chest up Now, stay in posture and grab hair that is right where the back of your head touches the ground. It should be the bottom or the middle of your crown (as if your were wearing a very small beanie hat).

lightbulb moment - tingling tops of feet and hyper mobile (dorsi) flexion of feet

I have tingling on the tops of my feet and electric shock pain in my toes when I point them. This is not a complete surprise to me as I am aware of the correlation between limbo-pelvic hip complex and feet. I have hyper mobile dorsi-flexion (foot flexion) and weak/limited range planter flexion (foot pointed) and the beginning of bunions in both feet but worse in the right. The right is also where the sharp pain in 2nd and third toe is felt in flexion ( sorry for the run-on sentence).

I'm confused, discouraged...am I in the right place?

I am a new member. I am unsure of where to post. I have had a vaginal hysterectomy 15 years ago. I am 62. I had 5 vaginal births with episiotomies and tearing. No one told me about prolapse. I have worn a pessary for years. This whole thing just gets overwhelming. I realize that this is not a cure but a way of coping and doing the best we can. I am all for that. I would like advice about how to start, what to buy, what to read. I really do want some advice and help. I live in the Midwest USA and there are not many places here to go for help. Thanks in advance.

Sea Sponges?

I regularly use a tampon to keep my cystocele in place but recently I came across an article online about the use of natural sea sponges to keep different types of prolapse in place. I absolutely cannot face going out without some kind of internal support. Do any other ladies use these sponges?

Not diagnosed with rectocele but having symptoms

New issues, some of which are old but I am becoming aware of them with the cystocele. But, some of them are completely new sensations.
1 - I am feeling pressure in my rectum when I stand up and not always able to relax on the loo to let it out.

best position for inserting honey?

What position works best for inserting honey deep into the vagina? I've been playing around with it unsuccessfully. Hope y'all can help solve this one!

How do you shave your legs without bending at the waste?

I am finding new challenges everyday. However, I know that you ladies have figured this stuff out long ago. Any suggestions? Sit crossed-legged in large tub or shower and try not to bend at the waste? It was the only thing that I could think of but my hips are a little tight for that. I also lost my nearsightedness this year so I don't see very well up-close without glasses. Although yesterday was a difficult one for me with cramps, etc. I am kind of laughing at the absurdity but necessity of some of my questions and challenges today.

Someone kindly posted the link answering my questions about poses and bikram yoga. I don't remember the title of the post and have searched for the last hour. I would love to find it. I tried to open it when it was first posted, earlier today, or last night, I think but was unable. I came back to try to open it again and now I can't find it. Help!
